Newly-built small guest house (2025) for those who appreciate natural surroundings but still want to be close to central Nyköping, the harbor and Rosvalla. From the accommodation, you can see the water, in the meadows, cows graze in the summers and close by is Tjuvholmsberget where you can sit on sunny rocks in summer, contemplate boats and enjoy beautiful views of the inlet to Nyköping. Within walking distance there is also a summer cafe with the possibility of swimming. A longer walk away is the beautiful nature reserve Labro Ängar.

The accommodation is a few minutes walk from the beach and marina in Bråviken. In less than ten minutes, you can drive or take a bus into the city. This beautiful old and picturesque villa of 74 sqm from 1931 has been carefully renovated and furnished for modern living with full equipment.

You can park your car right next to the guest house. A few minutes walk takes you to the nature reserve with hiking routes and a small lake. 15 minutes by car from Norrköping, close to the main road. Unfortunately we can't accept dogs due to a dog allergy.

In Svärtinge outside Norrköping with proximity to Lake Glan is this cozy cottage about 30 m2 and sleeping loft, equipped with a complete kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with washing machine. Perfect for a small family of 2 adults and 2 children, large terrace with lake view equipped with barbecue and dining area. Sleeping loft with double bed, sofa bed on the ground floor. Close to both city and nature.

We are in a unique location with both nature and City life. It is 7 min walk to City center, 13 min walk to the harbour with restaurants, pubs, icecream and small shops( mostly in summertime). In the wintertime you can see fly fishing right outside. Stockholm Skavsta AirPort is only 15 min by car. We offer free parking outside or a garage for SEK 100/day. We have no WI-FI. Norrköping, Bredudden

Welcome to our guest house where you can enjoy free time. The house is secluded on our property with Bråviken right outside the window. If you want to borrow a kayak or canoe, that's fine. You are also welcome to borrow our wood-fired sauna on the jetty. From there, you can then take a dip in Bråviken. To Åby it is 3 km and to the Central Station in Norrköping it is 7 km.

A shower and a sauna can be nice when you hike Sörmlandsleden stage 37. Access to tea and coffee. Bed linens can be rented for SEK 50/person.
