Welcome to our lovingly renovated Wilhelminian-style house in the southeast of Leipzig/Stötteritz. The house has been restored by hand for the past 10 years from the basement to the top of the roof by master craftsmen. The ground-level apartment has its own entrance from the street and can accommodate up to 5 guests with two bedrooms and a large kitchen-living room. Special features are the large, non-visible windows and good access to public transport.

The guest apartment is located in the completely newly converted attic of our house. It includes a living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 km away and the bakery is only a 2-minute walk. If necessary, a bread roll service is possible on Saturdays. Riesa is located approximately midway between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden directly on the beautiful Elbe. The Elbe Cycle Path is about 3 km away.

Welcome to the urban jungle! Located in the center, you will find our cozy, green oasis just a few meters from the zoo. In the hustle and bustle of the big city animals, in the very nearby city center, there are numerous shopping opportunities. There are also countless places for a big appetite, tropical refreshments or of course local specialties. The arena and the stadium can be reached with a 15-minute walk through the beautiful Waldstraßenviertel.

The apartment is really centrally located. It's only 150 meters to the tram. Tram no. 4/7 takes you directly to the city center. Bus stop is just a street away. Opposite the apartment is a grocery store and a pharmacy. There is also a restaurant across the street where you can eat well. The apartment is located in the middle of the Leipzig Seeburgviertel in a renovated old building. This is directly adjacent to Leipzig city centre. In a few minutes you can reach the famous Grassi Museum. In addition, the center is within walking distance. The famous Augustusplatz with the Gewandhaus and the opera, the Moritzbastei and of course the city center with numerous restaurants and bars can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.

Enjoy life in Leipzig at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Not far from the popular Karl Heine Straße is the cozily furnished 2-room apartment. In the bedroom, a large double bed made of organic alder wood awaits. In the living room, 2 more people can sleep on the sofa bed. In my kitchens you can feel right at home. The apartment is suitable for short tourist stays or for longer business trips to Leipzig.

The apartment is new and equipped to a high standard. It is next to my house and has its own access. So you're undisturbed. The panoramic window has a very nice view of the garden, which you are welcome to use. Convenient yet quiet. Restaurants and supermarkets are 5 minutes away.
