The fully furnished apartment with terrace is located on our three-sided courtyard. You have a self-contained apartment / 40 m². The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long, 1 sofa bed is 2×2 m and is very comfortable as a 3rd bed. Hiking in the vineyards of Seußlitz, relaxing in the Goltzscha natural pool in summer and using the Elbe cycle path just 400 m away make you want more. Parking spaces and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Your own bicycles are safe in our courtyard.

Schlupfwinkel - small, cozy, - ideal for relaxing The small house is located above Hainichen on the outskirts of the city. From the sun-drenched balcony, you have a beautiful view of the center of the city and can enjoy the sublime location in the evening at sunset. On foot it takes about 5 minutes to the center. Directly behind the house, nature begins with fields, meadows and trees. If you get up early, you can watch wild deer right at the garden fence with a bit of luck.

We would like to offer our small but nice apartment for you to linger and relax. Whether you come alone, with family, your children or friends, we have room for everyone. Our rooms are non-smoking rooms. We are located close to a bike path and a small lake "Air force beach" can be reached on foot from us. Country breakfast is available on request (Sat/Sun). You are guaranteed to find relaxation, whether you enjoy the free time in the garden or explore the surroundings.

Located southeast of downtown, you will find this stylish apartment in a central but extremely quiet location. Downtown is just a 10-minute walk away, the nearest S-Bahn station "Bayrischer Bahnhof" is a 3-minute walk away. In the immediate vicinity you will find supermarkets and green parks that invite you to relax. You can end the evening on the colorful "Karli" with a cool drink and literally stumble into bed at the end. :)

My apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the lively and popular Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. Here you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants, etc. Just around the corner there is a gym and several shopping options. The city center is about 2 km away. Tram, bus, parks, art and culture are all very close. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and adventurers.

The property with a large garage (ping-pong table and punching bag), trampoline and slackline is at your disposal.
