Charming dog-friendly cottage (dog shelter in back door out to escape-proof dog yard and fenced garden. Renovated in 2023 and stylishly decorated and with low-energy appliances. Lovely large garden, close to the city and a short distance to lush large plantation and one of Denmark's most delicious sand & bathing beaches. Double bed in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed (2 people) in the living room. Equipped with heat pump, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, electric radiators, etc.

Summerhouse Lærkereden

Welcome to our self-built 120m2 cottage. We built the summerhouse in 2023-24, with the aim of creating a unique place where freedom and good atmosphere are central elements. The house has 4 rooms, two high hills, a multi-room with pool table, kitchen family room and sofa living room. Outside there is a 105m2 terrace, a large table and barbecue. The house can have up to 13 overnight stays, but is ideal for 8-10 people. The house is our eyestone that we are happy to share with others. We hope guests take good care of our nugget.

A nice newer family friendly year-round summer house in the woods - 109m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. It is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and wifi that covers the entire 3000m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is available on Saturdays. There may be some bugs at times.

The house is fully equipped with kitchen, facilities for infants and child-friendly play equipment. Less than an hour's drive to Randers and Aarhus, so you'll have easy access to city life. 100 sqm. home with room for the whole family. Undisturbed location close to beach and forest. Fjellerup town has a restaurant, shopping, bakery and large playground within a 3-minute drive. On the beach you will find an ice cream shop and a fish shop. Nearby are Djurs Sommerland (15 min.), Ree Park Safari, Mols Bjerge and several golf courses. Good area for running and cycling with several landscaped routes through forest and beach areas. The house contains three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bedrooms are spacious with plenty of closet space. The house has a heat pump. There is also a large terrace that provides shelter and sun all day. The children will love the swing and sandbox.

Cleaning included! Cozy cottage for 6-8 pers. 400 m. from the sea in a nice natural area with lots of animals. Close to Djurs Sommerland, Randers and Århus. Large and nice fenced garden with fireplace and 2 terraces. Firewood for the campfire can be bought. One terrace is to the south and the other is a nice morning terrace with morning sun and lots of shelter. Indoors there are activity room with airhockey and table football. Wii, Xbox and Appletv is also there.
