The house is part of a 3-winged country estate without animals, but separate. Forest, lake and beach within walking distance. Gjerrild N. Strand is a child-friendly, wide sandy beach with a blue flag. We are located 3 km from Gjerrild town, where there is a grocery store with a large selection, 14 km from Grenå, 19 km from Djurs Sommerland, Bønnerup harbor about 6 km, where there is a fish shop and eateries. The heat source is air to air, there is a small dishwasher, coffee machine and washing machine and otherwise all the utensils that should be in a kitchen.

The cottage is just a short walk from one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly sandy beaches, where there are plenty of opportunities for swimming, playing, and long walks along the water. The large, enclosed and secluded garden is perfect for both children and dogs, who can play freely while the adults enjoy the sun on the terrace or a quiet moment with a cup of coffee.

We love having guests and have tried to create a nice and functional starting point for a nice stay in beautiful Djursland. There is not much luxury here, nor is there much space, but it is cozy and decent - and centrally located in relation to Djursland's many glories. For example, we have Djurs Sommerland, golf, fishing lake, playground and animal park almost in the backyard. Nice dogs are welcome (Note: stairs to the first floor). We have two nice dogs ourselves. We look forward to meeting you :-)

Welcome to Fjellerup. Here you can relax and enjoy your time together in cozy surroundings – perfect for both a weekend getaway and a longer vacation.
