Charming family house. Close to forest and beach

This lovely family house is located in the lovely village of Hemmed, with the forest in the backyard and only 4 km to Bønnerup Strand and Glesborg, with a bike path in both directions, with super good shopping opportunities. The house is super well decorated and fits 6 people, but with the possibility of extra bedding. There is an enclosed garden, with room for tranquility, immersion and bonfire, etc. The house is perfect for the family holiday, where privacy is highly weighted, nature at your fingertips and with only a 15 min drive to Djurs Sommerland.

Lovely cottage only 400 meters from the beach

Cozy and well-maintained cottage within walking distance to child-friendly bathing beach close to forest and nature. The house is on one level with room for 5-6 guests and an annex with room for 2. In the bedroom there is a bed of 160x200 and in the living room a sofa bed of about the same size when it is turned out, in the other room there is a bed of 120x200 where there is room for 2 children/young people. The annex contains a bed of 140x200, it is insulated and has a radiator. Some will think that 7 adults are too many due to the size of the house.

Charming dog-friendly cottage (dog shelter in back door out to escape-proof dog yard and fenced garden. Renovated in 2023 and stylishly decorated and with low-energy appliances. Lovely large garden, close to the city and a short distance to lush large plantation and one of Denmark's most delicious sand & bathing beaches. Double bed in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed (2 people) in the living room. Equipped with heat pump, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, electric radiators, etc.

Large well-equipped holiday home near forest and beach.

Large well-equipped cottage on unobstructed plot near forest and beach. Located at the end of the road and therefore No car traffic, very suitable for children. We greatly appreciate our house and use it ourselves as much as we can. We are concerned that the house is clean and well maintained. Hope you will help us with this. Price does not include electricity. Billed afterwards according to actual consumption and current price. Free wood/firewood. You need to bring bedlinen, towels, kitchen towels yourself.

Come and relax with your family at our lovely summerhouse, close to nature and several excursions. Enjoy the tranquility on the terrace, go for walks nearby, go on an excursion with the cable ferry or maybe in Djurs Sommerland? There are 2 rooms and a loft with a steep ladder. (see photos) A room with 160 * 200 double bed. A room with 90 * 200 box spring. Loft with 2 good mattresses that can be gathered or lying separately. Dog is allowed - we have a dog ourselves in the house when we are there.

Marie Søgaard's house (125 m2) is located in the village of Store Sjørup, 1/2 km from the sea. New quality beds, duvets, and pillows. (NOTE: The two beds on the 1st floor are separated by a 3/4 wall.
