Nice house of 175 sqm with enclosed garden and cozy outdoor living room. The house has its own heated pool (29 degrees) of 4 x 8 meters. I come by every morning and make sure the chlorine levels are right. From the house, there are great views across the Aarhus Bay, and Aarhus C can be reached in about 30 minutes by car or 45 minutes by bus. There are plenty of shopping opportunities in Rønde city, which has several grocery stores and cafes. Følle Strand is about 4 km away and suitable for children. The house is not rented to groups.

Space for 4 people of which 2 beds are in the living room on sofa bed. 300 meters from the beach and cozy harbor area, with several restaurants and ice cream houses. Facilities at the holiday center are included in the rent. E.g. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, Turkish bath, fitness center, cinema, table tennis, petanque, mini golf, playground, football field, trampolines, barbecue area & restaurant, etc., see pictures at danland/norddjurs.dk

Cozy holiday apartment. From the entrance there is access to the bathroom with good shower and washing machine. Midway also serves as a bedroom/alcove with 140 cm new box spring and new top mattress, both from 2024. The aisle has two sliding doors so the room can be closed. Living room with sofa, dining area and nice new kitchen with everything in white goods. From the living room there is access to the terrace and communal pool. The pool is heated via solar heating system. On the terrace there is outdoor furniture.

A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.

Cozy cottage with beautiful wilderness bath

Welcome to lovely Bønnerup Strand. The house is a 5-minute walk from the sea. The beach here is wide and shallow, and really nice for children. House and garden invite you to a relaxing holiday, including a wilderness bath, pole tennis, bonfire with fire rack, various ball games. There are 3 adult bikes and one children's bike (8-10 years) available. The house has 3 rooms, 2 rooms with double beds of 140x200, and a room with 2 beds of 90x200. In one of the rooms there is nice space for an extra mattress or cot.

The golf course is every year since the opening in 2008 rated as one of the absolute best in DK and was designed by Robert Trent Jones II. The summerhouse is close to Lübker Square, where there is access at a 50% discount for fitness, spa, swimming pool and wellness. Close to lovely Ebletoft, the city of smiles in Aarhus, a stone's throw from Djurs Sommerland and close to Randers Rainforest, Ree Park, Scandinavian Zoo etc.
