Not only in summer, but also in spring, autumn and winter, this spot of earth is balm for the soul. The bakery, pub and restaurant are about 1 km from the vacation home. By bike, it is 20 minutes to the sea.

Our family house, which is over 100 years old, was pragmatically renovated and furnished to our taste in 2017 in the former stable area. The house in Wangerooge (Nordseebad) has 3 bedrooms and has capacity for 6 people.<br>The house is tastefully-furnished, is a new build, and is 110 m². It has views of the garden.<br>The property is located 300 m from the city, 300 m from the train station, 300 m from the from the restaurant, 350 m from the supermarket, 500 m from Erlebnisbad Oase water park, 500 m from the sand beach, 1 km from the airport. The house is situated in a children-friendly neighborhood in a suburb.

Time out in the historic district

You will sleep in the beautiful historic Bant in a shipyard, built in 1876. The neighborhood is centrally located and yet very quiet. The sea and the city center are close by and can be reached both on foot and by bike in a short time, (beach promenade about 3 km, Train station and pedestrian zone about 2 km). What to expect: A cozy house just for you alone with a private courtyard garden and a bicycle shed if your bike comes along. Parking at the front door. Be welcome :)

Due to the direct location on the lake dike, away from the main tourism, you will find the opportunity to completely relax and unwind.

Fully equipped kitchen is equipped with cutlery, cookware, dishwasher and refrigerator. Living room offers a sofa landscape to relax. The master bedroom is equipped with a large double bed, closet and night consoles. The children's room has a loft bed and wardrobe. In the third bedroom you will find another single bed as well as a bedside and wardrobe. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin.

North Sea: Cozy cottage right on the dike

The house (85 sqm of living space on 2 levels with Wi-Fi connection) can accommodate up to 6 people and is also ideal for young families (children's travel cot, high chair, stair gates, wagon for 2 infants available). A guest fee is charged for the Wurster North Sea coast. This contribution is NOT included in our prices but must be collected by us through Airbnb and remitted to the municipality.
