This Frisian house is located in the heart of Norden, quiet and yet close to the center. The bakery is just around the corner. A whole garden to the sunny southwest side is at your disposal, so that it offers enough space for the whole family and also the four-legged friend has ideal conditions (fenced). You will find two bedrooms and also an additional sofa bed, as well as two living rooms, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and an oven complete the cozy atmosphere.

The cottage is centrally located, right in the middle of East Frisia! Perfect for excursions in all directions and within a 20 km radius there is much more to experience and discover than you can do on a vacation. In the immediate vicinity, it is rural and tranquil with animals and lots of greenery. And the East Frisian also likes to have a little snack ;) Here you can still find idyll and cordiality! Monument-protected bakery in the town center of Rysum: Live in exceptional ambiance. Spacious living-dining kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom with corner tub, one shower room. Light-flooded living room with TV in the gable. Wifi but wobbly! Two small terraces. Bicycle shed. The path to the small "secret" beach by car: From Rysum to Emden, turn right towards KNOCK, turn to the end of the road (STRANDLUST), park your car and walk north on the water...

Lütt Hus am Süderdiek - Pearl directly on the dyke

Pearl right on the dike in Westermarsch I - Utlandshörn. Non-smoking, no pets! The dyke and thus the Lower Saxon Wadden Sea National Park in front of the door - invites you to take long walks or you can just enjoy the sunset with a good shopping. The large property 2000 m² offers you the opportunity to unfold freely. Due to the direct location on the sea dyke, away from the main tourism, you will find the opportunity to completely relax and unwind.

Farmhouse right on the North Sea - dogs welcome

Ein kleines eigenes Bauernhaus mit 17.500qm Land dabei. Mehr Freiheit geht fast nicht. Das Haus bietet gemütliche Räumlichkeiten und hat eine wunderbare Terrasse, die Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist. Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

Here you can simply switch off, relax in the fully equipped and cozy house, enjoy nature and sauna in the garden, stroll in the city center in ten minutes or simply drive to the sea (about 7 km to the beach). Shopping, bakery, train station and bus station are only 700 m or a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation is only rented out temporarily for a few weeks a year, as it is my own main apartment (private living space).

Our cozy vacation home offers enough space for 4 - 5 people with an open cooking, dining & living area on the first floor and spacious bedrooms on the upper floor. What could be better than starting the day with breakfast on the protected, sunny terrace? Or to warm up by the fireplace after a frosty, stormy beach walk? Both the beach in Norddeich and the cute city center of Norden can be reached in a few minutes by bike.

Tidehuus Krummhörn East Frisia North Sea close

Welcome to Tidehuus Krummhörn. Our house is a detached house and stands on a 1600 square meter plot. It was lovingly renovated in 2020. Last makeover of the living room 10/24. It is located in the quiet village of Loquard. It is about 2 km to the dike edge, 1 km to the baker (Rysum), 11 km to other shopping (Pewsum) or 12 km (Emden) The Tidehuus is a good starting point for extensive bike tours in East Frisia.

Located directly on the Hookstief (small canal), surrounded by greenery, a perfect place to slow down and unwind. Flooded with light and individual, a peaceful place of residence awaits you in a large farm garden. Beautiful starting point also for coastal and Frisian tours by bike.

Exceptional, beautiful and cozy, this spacious accommodation offers space for a relaxing break for 2 people in a listed house with its own terrace and a large garden. Quiet yet close to the center in the north. A wood-burning stove provides charming coziness on gray days. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate dogs in this property.

This well-kept bungalow sleeps 4 people and is within walking distance of the beach. On the approx. 70 m² of living space you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a separate kitchen and an open living area with direct access to the spacious terrace. The bedrooms have been equipped with a double bed and two single beds.
