The apartment has 80 square meters and a terrace. There is a master bedroom with a large bed and fitted wardrobes. The main room offers a living area, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (kitchenette) with a small portafilter machine for loose coffee and capsules (e.g. Illy), a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Another bedroom can be separated from the main room with a sliding door. Here there is a folding bed for 2 people, fitted wardrobes, a sofa and a TV and direct access to the terrace. A main bathroom with walk-in shower and WC and a guest bathroom with WC lead off the hallway.

Enjoy the atmosphere of the Norddeich harbor. Arrival by train is possible without any problems. In the harbor you have direct boat connections to the popular day trips, along the seal banks in the Wadden Sea National Park as well as to the islands, Juist and Norderney. The holiday home was awarded four stars by the German Tourism Association.

Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Landhaus liegt ruhig am Feldrand, in der Nähe unseres über 150 Jahre alten Gulfhofes - ideal für Paare oder Freunde,die Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit suchen. Nach einem Spaziergang am Deich oder Strand könnt ihr den Abend in der gemütlichen Wohnung oder auf der schönen Terasse mit Blick auf die Felder ausklingen lassen. Die weite Landschaft und die frische Nordseeluft machen den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem.

Ferienwohnung in Norden mit eigenem See

Unsere kleine Unterkunft lädt zum Entspannen ein und dazu, die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Die Besonderheit ist, dass zur Wohnung ein See gehört in dem man Angeln und Schwimmen kann. Diesen teilt man sich mit den Mitbewohnern der Hauses, so dass man auch schnell Anschluss zu den lokalen Nachbarn findet, falls man das möchte. Der Ortskern von Norden befindet sich 800m entfernt und fußläufig erreichbar. Auf dem Weg dorthin kommt man durch eine Straße mit abwechslungsreichen Restaurants.

Enjoy a stylish experience in our 86-square-meter (925-square-foot) property. This modern vacation home is located right by the Norddeich marina. The ferry terminal for Norderney and Juist, as well as the Norddeich Mole train station, are within walking distance (about 400 meters). The townhouse has a large living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, a guest toilet, and two bedrooms, as well as two terraces for barbecuing and enjoying the sun.

Die ebenerdige Wohnung mit Terrasse ist nach Westen und Norden hin ausgerichtet mit Ausblick in die umliegenden Felder. Die Schlafkammern, das Duschbad sowie das separate WC befinden sich im hinteren Teil der Wohnung und sind über einen Flur vom Wohnraum separiert. Der ca. 33 m² große Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile und Eßtisch hat eine Deckenhöhe von rund 2,9 m. Die gemütliche Sofaecke ist der ideale Ort zum Entspannen und ein Kaminofen sorgt für Behaglichkeit.

Die Unterkunft bietet Platz für bis zu 3 Gäste mit einem Schlafzimmer und einer zusätzlichen Schlafmöglichkeit im separaten Wohnbereich. Eine private, eingezäunte Terrasse, eine moderne Küche, ein Badezimmer und ein kostenloser Parkplatz stehen zur Verfügung. Edeka, das Zentrum und Norddeich (ca. 3 km) sind schnell erreichbar.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.
