Apartment Iva - where you feel at home

Our house is situated in the very centre of Malinska, hidden from the street, which gives you the privacy. You can park your car free of charge in the frontyard. A big terrace has the sea view. The apartment is only 2 or 3 minutes walk away from the beaches, shops, supermarket and restaurants. If you want to try yourself as a grill master, you have a grill in the backyard, with benches so you can eat outside. If you come with your bycicles, you can store them in our ground floor storage.

It consists of a balcony with a partial sea view, 2 bedrooms, a living room located in the same area as the kitchen and dining room, a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, an electric stove, a refrigerator with 1 freezer drawer, a coffee machine. The apartment is equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi.

The season runs from May 2026 to September 2026. Apartment No. 2 with small garden and side view of the sea and pool. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a pull-out couch in the living area. This has a smart TV and a dining table. In the kitchen, there is a kitchenette, a sink, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, glasses and cups, as well as dish soap, sponges and towels. Linens and towels are included.

Vacation house Kate will enchant you with its fascinating sea view. You can enjoy the sea view while relaxing on the sun loungers. It is located 250m from the nearest beach. It can accommodate 5-6 people. The holiday home has a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two terraces. There is also an outdoor grill. It is fully air-conditioned, each room has its own air conditioning and heating. Pets are welcome.
