The house is equipped with air conditioning, central heating and wood stove as well as with hot tub and infrared cabin. Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

House Lavanda****

House Lavanda is ideal for family holidays. It is situated not far from the beach (150 m) in a quiet area. A grocery, a bakery, a fruit shop, a pharmacy and a post office are 6-7 min walk from the house. The house is completely equipped in shabby chick style. There is a brick barbeque as well as an outside dining table and a small garden. One parking lot is included into the price (another one with extra payment). It is a two storey house, so be careful with small kids (up to 2 yrs).

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
