Our farm offers a 15 m natural swimming pond and is located in an absolutely secluded location on the edge of the "Höllbachtal" nature reserve, between Regensburg, Cham and Straubing. Here you will find peace, beautiful nature, a warm atmosphere and a very cozy ambience. Our two gallery apartments with fireplace and pine beds leave nothing to be desired. We warmly welcome you to our quaint cottage in the countryside! Our house is idyllically located between the Laber and Altmühl valleys. Here you can watch deer and foxes in the surrounding fields while relaxing. The location is perfect for excursions such as to Regensburg, Weltenburg Abbey, the Liberation Hall in Kelheim and much more. Shopping is about 2.5 km away. Brochures for excursions are ready for you upon your arrival.

Welcome to my charming old town house in the middle of Amberg's historic old town. The house is 60 square meters spread over 2 floors. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Free Wi-Fi, cable TV, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The city center, the nearest supermarket and the train station can be reached in 5 minutes by foot.

In the house, the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.

The vacation home is located in Winklarn, a small town, home to a baker, butcher and pastry chef. The next largest city of Oberviechtach with all shopping is only 6 km away. It is at ground level, barrier-free, surrounded by a large garden. It is heated with electricity and a fireplace/wood. Hot water is prepared by a water heater.

The house has been converted into a vacation home and also a seminar house for yoga and similar events. It is quiet and tranquil to live indoors and outdoors. The rural surroundings invite you to walk, hike, bike, and go on excursions. Since December 2022, it has been possible to use a separate outdoor sauna for a fee, on request.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
