This is a room in a newly built apartment, and all the furniture and appliances are brand new. It is located on the first floor, so it is easy to get in and out even with a suitcase. Fully private room. WiFi is available. Also recommended for business trips. There is a kitchen, so you can cook yourself, and there is a large supermarket a few minutes away on foot. (We do not provide condiments, etc.) The entire room is for the guests. There is also a simple terrace at the back that you can use. There are no benches, etc. (Please be quiet as the next door is a residential building) (There are two buses every hour and one every 30 minutes) • Only towels for the number of guests at the time of booking are provided in the room. - No one other than those registered at the time of booking is allowed to stay. - Please take off your shoes at the entrance before entering the room. (Cleaning and disinfection fees will be charged depending on the length of time you were in the room with shoes on and the number of people who entered.) • After cooking, please never pour oil down the kitchen drain.
