Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

You will appreciate the large wooded grounds, the calm, the starry nights, as well as the proximity of the lakes, hiking trails... in a Morvand village. Possibility to rent 2 trailers.

20 minutes from the Great Lakes, stay in an old forge with rustic charm, surrounded by nature and animals. Large master bedroom (35 m²) with private bathroom and toilet. Relaxation area with sauna, jacuzzi and rowing machine. Optional bedroom in a former hayloft (2 pers.) with shower and toilet. Accommodating up to 4 people, the Maisonette, (accessible for people with reduced mobility) is furnished for a comfortable stay. Close to the Loire à Vélo, the Chemin de St-Jacques-de Compostelle and the many castles of Berry, our cottage is located near a beautiful wine region (Côtes de la Charité, Sancerre, Pouilly sur Loire, Quincy, etc.)

The Gîte de la Montagne, located in Saint-Prix, will allow you to enjoy nature in complete tranquility. The small furnished building is ideal for a quiet holiday, with a living room, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a mezzanine for sleeping. The sofa bed in the living room allows you to stay up to 4 people. The private terrace, with shade and sun nooks, offers you views of the surrounding nature. Perfect for a holiday in the countryside.

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

isabelle and Denis welcome you to this old farmhouse restored to the taste of the day in the heart of a typical quiet Nivernais village. this old house is elevated, offering you an unobstructed view of the countryside. it is an excellent stay to discover the Morvan Regional Park, Vezelay, Guedelon as well as the Canal du Nivernais, different types of museums...

Small pleasant house with great views and large terrace in small Bourguignon village, 30 minutes from Vézelay and 45 minutes from Nevers. Relaxing setting, many walking paths. Shops 2 km away. Note that the accommodation is located upstairs and does not have land but has a pleasant and spacious terrace.

4 m2 wooden teepee, mini-camping on the farm!

Small wooden teepee of 4 m2, heated with small electric heater! There is just a double mattress inside, sheets are provided + the duvet! For bathrooms, you will have a hot shower area + dry toilet 30m from the tipi, in a module under the greenhouse. the kitchen is also under the unheated greenhouse!
