You will be staying in the wedding hall of the legendary L'Espérance hotel, which has been transformed into two comfortable, refurbished, single-story accommodations. Our detached house has a fantastic view. The house is beautifully located in a valley on a dead-end road. From the wooden terrace, you can observe the wildlife with the naked eye. Deer, birds of prey, foxes... And not to forget the starry sky. The house has a fenced garden that is extremely suitable for your dog. From the house, there are various hiking trails in the beautiful forests and surrounding villages. The bakery is within walking distance for a French breakfast, among other things.

Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

Our Scale

A lovely vacation home with a swimming pool and large sun terrace. Where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning on 2nd floor, fan on ground floor. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will experience the quiet countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.
