Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nice 27 m2 duplex, completely renovated, mixing modern and old. It has a living room, dining room and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, an upstairs bedroom and a terrace (you may meet Suzie our adorable dog). There is old parquet flooring and period tiles. The apartment is attached to our house. Located in the city center in the Colbert district, a 2-minute walk from the hyper center. Free parking is a 1-minute walk away.
