A unique country home has finally opened its doors! Le Logis de Courterolles is an independent apartment located on the 1st floor in the former extension of the castle. The apartment consists of a spacious and bright living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. It has an access to a spectacular 8 ha parkland where you can dine outside, enjoy botanical collection of the gardens, artworks and picturesque landscape. Courterolles is an ideal location to visit main attractions in Burgundy.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Beautiful rustic house, with 1ha of land, a pond (often dry) and many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group such as several families or for wellness seminars (poor wifi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighborhood too much. A haven of calm and nature. Places of healing, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. Single-story house overlooking two gardens. The one to the south is private. The very large one to the north is shared with us... when we have small children. Each bedroom has a bathroom and toilet. A cozy place to enjoy the calm by the stove in winter. Comfortably equipped for cooking. Kids will love the donkeys, the swing set and the trampoline in the garden.
