The apartment also has 1 bedroom, a spacious corridor (as is customary in Tyrolean farmhouses), a bathroom, separate toilet, a small terrace with direct access to the fenced garden

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

The bathroom is a private spa, and the balcony immerses you in the alpine oasis. Why the name "Alpine Forest"? The Kitzbühel Alps are outside, and the woods of the Alps are inside: cherry, alder, beech, spruce, ash, oak, pine – the table, the bed, all handcrafted.
