Vacation rentals with an accessible height toilet in Nicoya Peninsula

We stayed as a family of 5 in Costa Rica for 2 weeks in a few different cities. This area and this airbnb was our favorite! We loved that once you get to the house, it feels completely private and surrounded by lush greenery, but you can walk to amazing restaurants and the beach in 5-10 minutes. (El Colibri ended up being our favorite nearby) We used the kitchen a lot and it was well stocked with anything we might need. There were plenty of pillows, extra bedding & blankets. Our kids loved the upstairs bedrooms and additional deck just for them. The outside area and the views, being surrounded by beautiful plants and animals & overlooking the ocean and sunset was the best. There are so many different kinds of birds that come right up to the deck. Our last 2 days, a big family of howler monkeys hung out in the trees just next to the house. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to bring ear plugs as the animal sounds go all through the night as well. We loved our stay!

The host family was great very friendly. The place was awesome, Wildlife all over in the local area was a great time, peaceful and relaxing.

Wonderful host, very friendly and considerate, we had everything we could possibly need in the house. 25min walk to the town, short drive to activities. Quiet street. We had a great rest. Thank you so much!

My family of four had a terrific stay here. The place is just as described and pictured, very clean and up to date with super comfy beds. The back deck is the highlight with gorgeous jungle view and amazing pool. We used it day and night. We were visited by monkeys each morning. Note the deck faces SE and the pool ends up in the shade by mid afternoon. FYI this place is not close walking distance to anything so I couldn't imagine staying here without a car. A few notes for improvement: -Wish we had been warned about the construction noise going on next door from 7am-5pm each day ☹ -Not enough shampoo and conditioner supplied for 4 guests. -The water pressure is good but we disliked the shower heads, they shoot out the water through very thin spikey jets that make the water feel like needles on the skin (especially uncomfortable with any amount of sunburn). -The place could desperately use a dish rack. Notwithstanding these notes, we had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Las Catalinas was a wonderful place to stay and the space had everything we needed. Hosts were very communicative and nice. We will stay here again.

Everything was great. It’s actually on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. I think that should be made more clear. Not a big deal to me but for some people it could be. Otherwise, the team was responsive and ready if I contacted them and the view is great. Clean and very nice place.

Excellent accommodation in a beautiful place

The location is very well, not directly at the main road. Enough space for parking. The laundry machine and dryer was something we really appreciated. Thanks for hosting us.

Great location, easy walk to dining and the beach and trails. Plenty of parking and security at night. Nice to have laundry machines available (bring your own soap). Hosts were super responsive to anything I asked or needed (broom & pan brought right away). The bed is comfortable and there is plenty of room in the kitchen and living area, we even had guests over to dine.

A suitable and centrally located place. I recommend it

We have visited the Pacific Condominium for several years, it was our first time in apartment L306; however, from the beginning we felt very comfortable with the place and the good disposition of the Special Places staff. We made a report that the coffee maker took a long time to make coffee and in less than 1 hour they replaced the appliance. We will definitely continue to go to this specific apartment. We highly recommend it and the value for money is indisputable, plus the kitchen is fully equipped if you like to prepare food.

Awesome place. Very spacious rooms, super clean, quiet and private. Me and my family had a great vacations there. Highly recommended for a family of 5 or 6 members. We will return for sure!

Perfect place for a nice night in Jaco. Easy to get too and gated. Local restaurants that are walkable helped too.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment, a spectacular view. Very fast communication, always ready to help with inquiries. It's on the third floor, no elevator and the pools are a little far away. The club is right on the beach, very good. In general, an excellent stay.

We had a great 4 night stay. Views from the balcony were beautiful. The condo was perfect had everything we needed and exactly as described. Would definitely rent again.

Room with a balcony overlooking the mountains and the Nivoya peninsula in the distance, breathtaking! The balcony and bedroom are spacious and well maintained! The beds are comfortable! The common room, well-equipped, is welcoming and a harmonious and spiritual atmosphere is present! Upscale and well-maintained swimming pool and hot tub! In Monteverde, the hot bath served, against all expectations, one evening at 15 degrees Celsius!
