Could not have picked a better place to stay in Santa Teresa. The host was very responsive and helpful with local recommendations. Place was cleaned daily and located in a great spot. You will need a lifted vehicle to get to and from the place due to the road conditions.

Nadine was very helpful and responsive. And her local contact person was supportive and knowledgeable as well. The villa worked well for two couples. It was well supplied and we had everything that we needed, although nothing fancy. Los Delfines is a unique community, with many people who live there volunteering their time and skills to provide lots of activities. There was pickleball lessons, pickleball, birding, yoga, volleyball, euchre, hiking and more. The beach is perfect for walking. Lots of great restaurants and villages to explore in the area. Got to love those beautiful scarlet mackaws!! Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful time at Scott and Natalia’s place in beautiful Santa Teresa! We stayed at 3 places in Costa Rica, and this was by far our favorite. The location was absolutely perfect and walking distance to everything, including the beach. It was very well maintained and they even suggested an amazing excursion. We rented ATVs and went to Montezuma and a ton of small towns on our own, with their suggestion. It was our favorite day of the trip! Lots of monkey and wildlife by the pool, and beautiful beach across the road. Do not hesitate to book this 100000/10 Airbnb. Great price too! Thanks again Scott and Natalia! Edgar is by far the friendliest host we've ever dealt with. He's the very definition of hands on, responsive and helpful. He instantly dealt with any request, and bend over backwards to ensure we had a 5 Star experience at his beautiful beach home. His recommendations for local restaurants, experiences, and destinations were equally as helpful and appreciated. The house is every bit as gorgeous as the pictures, and the indoor/outdoor lifestyle was clearly explained in the description and during follow up messages with Edgar. As long as you fully understand the living space is open to the elements, you'll not be disappointed. Lastly, when my family was returning from a day trip to Monteverde Cloud Forest, we got caught up in a major road closure. It was a multi-hour delay that was a bit stressful given the very young children in our family group. Edgar spent much of his personal time attempting to help us find an alternative route home. Can't say enough about our wonderful stay!

This place is a treasure. I traveled solo and had a wonderful stay. I had a surf lesson very locally and it's close to lots of other activities and you can explore the centre of Jaco on foot very easily too! Really just minutes from the beach, but the place feels, calm and tranquil due to a stunning well designed entrance and garden. And it also feels safe, and very secure and private. This is our second time at Nick's place and it was everything we remembered. You can walk out the back patio and in 100 feet, go right into the ocean, with great surfing right there. Short walk to Tamarindo for restaurants and shopping, but secluded enough for peace and quiet. Several small maintenance issues popped up during the 10 days, but Nick responded in 15 minutes each time and the problems were resolved in an hour or two. Great host, great location, and great communication. We'll definitely be back.

We stayed for one 1 month at Joe's place and what can I say, it was awesome. Joe himself is very kind, responsive and super chilled. He even made food for us and invited us to hang out with his friends and come to party. The hospitality was incredible. The place itself was beautiful. It is the middle of the jungle, surrounded by fruit trees, palm trees and cool animals. Very private as well. In the middle is a pool and a community place where people come together and hang out. I loved the kitchen at our house, the big fridge, the balcony and everything else. I also had a special request about synthetic fragrances where Joe made sure they avoid it before I come and I’m really thankful for that. The beach is right in front of the house, a little grocery store 5min walk and Santa Teresa is like 5min by car. The people in Costa Rica are also very friendly and kind. I can highly recommend staying at Joe's place. Thank you Joe!!

Words cannot describe Gabby’s house, it was AMAZING! For prior vacations, we have stayed in houses in Playa Carrillo, Samara, and Quepos and Casa Del Sol by-far tops ALL of those houses. From the million dollar view, to the quality of the build/house, to the AWESOME DECOR, to the on-site hosts (Henry and Zeidy), ALL of it was top notch! When you’re in the backyard/in the pool, of course you feel like you’re at the beach, but that continues inside with all of the homey beach house decor! And did I mention the AC??? Ice cold, perfect for coming in from a long day fishing or beach! Next mention is Henry and Zeidy, UNBELIEVABLY welcoming and attentive, yet they know how to respect privacy. If you’ve never stayed at a house with daily cleaning, it’s a GAME CHANGER. Any issue or request, taken care of immediately. And not to mention Zeidy’s cooking! We had 3 lunches and 2 dinners prepared by Zeidy, simply delicious! We are even talking about booking again during the dry season!

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in Latin America!!! This home is comfortable, luxury and with everything we need. The location can’t be any better, we didn’t have to rent a car or ATV because it was very easy to get to places. Beach and restaurants are all less than 5 minutes walk. The balcony of the house is so magical, we enjoyed seating on the balcony watching the rain, enjoying the trees and sometimes we can see monkeys from the balcony. The house is very quiet, clean and spacious. Free cleaning service every 4 days. Alejandro was super helpful and responsive! We really felt this is one of the best places to stay in town! We really enjoyed this home!

Staying at Rancho De Linda was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in the lush Costa Rican jungle on the beach, it offers the perfect blend of natural charm to fully immerse yourself in the local ecosystem. We enjoyed visits from their sweet pup Bambi and loved the availability of the housekeeper. The place is very clean and well taken care of. We loved our Yoga class Irena taught under the palapa and enjoyed the delicious cooking of two local chefs. We drove into Tamarindo for the day and visited the Diamanté Eco Adventure Park for a thrilling zip line. Ramona is the most outstanding host I have ever encountered while using Airbnb. This trip was to celebrate a birthday and our stay was nothing short of perfect. Ramona was so responsive and checked in on us via chat throughout the stay to ensure we had a very smooth stay. Her home is just breathtaking and her assistance with getting my itinerary together which included a private chef, transportation, and excursions in such a short timeframe, I was speechless!! Primo space in Santa Teresa and to be honest, the construction isn’t really noticeable. Highly recommend and Sophie is a rockstar concierge!

Nos encantamos Casa Sea Breeze! It exceeded our expectations and made for a wonderful time spent in Sámara! Bathroom set up was great for a family beach trip, interior space was lovely and the outdoor space was incredible and very well maintained! The outdoor shower was great after time spent at the beach. Beds were very comfy, AC in the bedrooms made for a great night’s rest and the decor was lovely too. Oscar and his mom were wonderful hosts, truly welcoming and so very helpful. Location on the beach was stunning and perfect, along with the close proximity to town. Truly one of the best homes we’ve vacationed in, and we’re hopeful to return one day!

The little blue house is exactly what one needs. Has a working kitchen, quiet, and best of all the beach is right there. It was nice to have a peaceful place to return to after busy excursions into the cities or whatever else. Felt like a home away from home. Would definitely visit again

Absolutely loved the peaceful, private location of this Airbnb! Bernd was very communicative and left detailed instruction of what’s around the area to what was available to use at the house. We had a great stay for our friend’s Bachelorette! If driving, it may be a tough to find, the outside gate is not marked, but the local shuttle drivers know where it is. We were had contact with house manager, Leo, he helped with arranging meals, groceries, transportation, excursions and answered all questions. He was welcoming and patience. The cook was great, the meals she prepped were the best during our stay. The house was gorgeous, felt private, clean and very spacious for the 8 of us (just keep in mind that you’re in the jungle so expect lots of bugs and birds!). The bedrooms had ice cold AC, were spacious and very comfortable. The views are STUNNING and the pool was perfect. It was a 5-10 minute walk to Tango Mar Hotel and the beach.
