Nice, quiet place, close to beaches, to be relaxed.

Book it! Ideal location with amazing ocean views, the constant sound of waves crashing, and a stone's throw to the beach. The house exceeded all of our expectations and was perfect for our familiy of five. The pictures just don't do it justice. Do yourself and your family a favor, book it!

The bungalow was amazing. The location is very peaceful and everything went very smoothly thanks to Val’s assistance. A very relaxing place to stay.

Overall, we had a great stay at Pachamama! The property and surroundings are amazing, and the bungalow has just (but only just) the things you need to stay here for a longer period. An important note is that the WiFi is terrible and the place is not at all suited for remote work. Also, the lookout which looks so amazing on the photos is abandoned. The place is still wonderful though, and even though they had some troubles with maintaining some of the conveniences promised, we fully enjoyed being here and recommend it to others!

From local recommendations to quick answers for any question we had, she went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and cared for. Every aspect of the stay was perfect, from the serene views to the little touches that made it special. We had a wonderful stay at Villas Santa Teresa. Tomas, Alan, Joanna and Javier were always very helpful with anything we needed. Javier helped with our flat tire which was very much appreciated! They made reservations at a beautiful restaurant for us to celebrate a milestone birthday, which was an amazing evening:) Its a perfect peaceful location, a little outside of town but close enough to everything we needed. A 2 minute walk to the most beautiful beach, where we spent hours walking and exploring. A 10 minute drive to town to get groceries. We had an SUV which worked for us but an ATV/motorbike would have possibly been better. The villa was so clean and comfortable, had everything we needed and the hammocks were magical!

Nadine was very helpful and responsive. And her local contact person was supportive and knowledgeable as well. The villa worked well for two couples. It was well supplied and we had everything that we needed, although nothing fancy. Los Delfines is a unique community, with many people who live there volunteering their time and skills to provide lots of activities. There was pickleball lessons, pickleball, birding, yoga, volleyball, euchre, hiking and more. The beach is perfect for walking. Lots of great restaurants and villages to explore in the area. Got to love those beautiful scarlet mackaws!! Thanks for a great stay!

The hosts were so incredibly kind and met us when we arrived. The place was immaculate and we felt right at home. It felt like we were locals! I’d definitely stay again!

Santa Teresa is a surfing town with a single road (Cóbano avenue) that parallels the beach front. Today it is a busy road that also is where pedestrians walk alongside traffic. You can walk to the Pacific ocean to get to surfing, the beach and walk along the beach instead of the busy road. If you don’t have a vehicle you have to walk 1-2kms to get to any of the good restaurants. We tried many, 3 stood out: Chicken Joes (peruvian), Nami (sushi) and Tropico Latino (superb grilled yellowtail). Vila Fortuna is off the main road and a peaceful oasis away from roads’s noise and vehicle smog. Our Terra Suite was comfortable with walk out access to a sweet, attractive, refreshing pool. The suite is 1 block from Ronny’s Market offering a range of convenient products. We cooked several yummy meals at the Vila. Our host Mike and the property manager Omer are gracious, helpful and friendly. They assisted us immediately with our special requests and with everything that needed extra care.

Great private container home about 5 mins from Potrero beach.

This location is ideal for those wanting a private getaway atmosphere. Stunning view of the mountains and jungle. Birds and insects will lul you to sleep. There are several quaint dining options 5 minutes drive away. It is about 40 minutes drive from La Fortuna. If you are not comfortable being close to nature in all its forms, choose another location. However, it was perfect for us!

There are many rio chiquitos in Costa Rica. I would highly recommend following the location Mel sends you prior to leaving and taking snap shots of the map. With that being said, the location is easy to get to once you’ve already been there or if you’re familiar with the place. Incredible service. Anghy was the kindest human! She paid attention to our 3 yo and spoke to her kindly and with so much love. She showed us around and pointed out the animals in their natural habitat without forcing the animals into interacting with us. The house was clean and the food was delicious.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Nalu, it was the 3rd visit to the area and we could not have found a better place. Jason checked on us multiple time and the house care takers were very sweet. The pool is definitely a plus on hot days, everything was perfect! Little restaurants near by are great. We were really able to relax. Thank you for letting us rent your place!
