Vacation rentals with breakfast in Nicoya Peninsula

Gino is very kind, he really helped us through the entire check-in and stay process. The place is immaculate, surrounded by nature. The access to the Calle by the first entrance is a little complex for low carts, but you arrive perfectly by turning around the airport.

We loved our week stay in Playa Hermosa. The view is amazing and the house was the perfect size for us. We loved the gym, deck and pool. Ian was super helpful with scheduling activities. The best part of our stay was definitely having Rebecca come every morning and make us the best breakfasts ever! She is a superstar and even helped us with our Spanish. We will definitely return and would highly recommend visiting!

Very comfortable, simple place was exactly what we needed for a few days in San Miguel. Easy arrival, exactly as described, and everything was cleaning and working.

Luis s place did not disappoint! We loved the farm and the hot springs. The restaurant is excellent with great service. I would highly recommend Luis s place.

I work remote and took my work to the mountains. I stayed at this hotel for a whole month. The mountains are beautiful and amazing to wake up to every morning. The sunrises and star gazing on this mountain was phenomenal. The fruitful trees that the monkeys have to climb daily was so inspiring to watch how God provides to all species. The sounds of the birds singing in the jungle was a great experience for my morning coffee. And last but not least the amazing staff here! I am blessed to have found this wonderful place to stay for a month! The food was amazing, and the service was excellent. Staff responded timely and very helpful. Great WiFi connectivity, electricity worked well, plenty of hot water. You will need a 4x4 vehicle or a taxi that provides it. Beaches are nearby and the culture was great to visit and explore. I see why this area specifically is the blue zone. Pura vida lives in this mountain top. Definitely recommend. Can’t wait to visit again. Glamping!!

Casa Prana was absolute paradise. We just got back from an amazing trip to Costa Rica, and this house made the entire experience next-level. From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless—luxury at every turn. The beds and linens were unbelievably comfortable, the outdoor space and pool area were to die for, and the coffee setup was unreal—perfect for those early mornings before surfing or fishing. The house had everything we needed and more. It felt like every detail was carefully thought out, making it the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy every second. If you’re headed to Costa Rica and want to do it right, Casa Prana is it!

The apartment has all the amenities for a stay in Tamarindo. It is located next to the Sofia Restaurant, which is a great alternative to go to. The location is undoubtedly very convenient as it is a 100-meter walk from Playa Tamarindo and very close to Playa Langosta. Communication with the owners was very quick and they were always available. Even to provide us with some extra details for the house. Recommended for both a short or longer stay. The place was very clean

This was a comfortable space with a great hot shower. The host is so friendly and a great communicator. I found this to be a good value and I would highly recommend the stay!

This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The atmosphere is peaceful, incredibly relaxing, and the surroundings are absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was fantastic, and having a chat with Paul was truly a blessing. Thank you, Paul and Carole, for such a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be visiting again!

The place is beautiful and well organized. Close to the Los Sueños Beach club, and Marina. Sometimes you get to see and hear the scarlet macaws near by, but the condo itself is very quiet. Host is wonderful, very helpful and responsive to our questions.

Agustin warmly welcomed us, the Refugio was nice and very convenient. The room was perfect for us, and the place is beautiful. Agustin recommended beautiful places to visit, thank you so much! We'd also like to thank the team for the absolutely delicious breakfasts. We will definitely return to the Refugio on our next visit to Tamarindo.

Surrounded by lush jungle greenery and just minutes from the beach, it feels like a hidden gem where nature and comfort coexist perfectly. The container-based architecture is not only unique and stylish, but it also blends beautifully with the environment—modern, minimal, and eco-conscious. Waking up to the sounds of the jungle, sipping coffee on the deck, and walking to the waves in the morning made this stay unforgettable. The entire vibe is peaceful, grounding, and inspiring. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed and deeply connected to nature. Can’t wait to come back—thank you for creating this slice of paradise!

One night stay was perfect here. Karla and Alberto made sure we were taken care of and provided a delicious breakfast with a great spread of food. Nice pool and weight area available. The location is ideal walking distance to the beach. Would return again.

This place is so special!! Wonderful hosts, gorgeous nature/property. We did the bioluminescent kayak tour and it was so magical - don’t skip it! Hosts were super communicative and helpful in our getting there, and made it so easy to arrange the tour and the breakfast add-ons. They recommended a walkable dinner spot for us that blew our minds it was so great. The unit is so cute and rustic in the best way, with the most incredible view. The steps down to the water and hangout/breakfast area are no joke, so definitely make sure you are prepared to go up them at least 1x per day.

This is a wonderful apartment. The huge terrace is a gem, as it offers a nice view. You can lay on the sunbeds and see many birds flying around. Claudine is a nice person, and her breakfasts are delicious. It is a great place to stay if you want to see the Carara National Park and take one of the crocodile tours.

Dalia was so nice and gave us a warm welcome. We felt like family! There was another woman there that was also extremely nice. The breakfast was perfect! Great pitstop 20 minutes away from the airport. We ordered an uber to the airport and it was nice and easy. If we need a spot near the airport in the future we will definitely be back here!
