The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), a 1-minute walk from the swimming ladder at the harbor and a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic and no pets allowed. The stay is without bed linen, towels, etc., but can be ordered in good time for DKK 200 per person

The apartment has a private entrance,bathroom/toilet and kitchen. Access to garden, with terrace and possibility to borrow barbecue. There is the possibility of extra bed, for a supplement of 100kr per night, as well as the possibility of borrowing a weekend bed and trip trap chair. Bed linens and towels incl. in the price. Possibility of washing and drying, for a small fee. We live 400m from the square, and 600m from the harbor, where buses run to the whole island, and the ferry sails to Poland. On our way, the bus goes to Rønne / Airport

Direct access to a very large, partially covered terrace with an awning, where there is garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. The house has a living room with a wood-burning stove, TV and fast WiFi. Large dining table. Kitchen with everything you need. 1 large bathroom with shower, and a smaller bathroom with shower. 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 rooms with 2 single beds. Renovations are ongoing.

The name of the house is a little misleading, because from the large kitchen living room there is not only a glimpse of the sea, but rather 180 degrees full panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. Here you can sit with a cool glass of white wine or a delicious cup of coffee and keep an eye on the children swimming from the rocks, or just enjoy the sound and sight of the waves and study the ships that slowly pass by.

The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

This small, cozy apartment is located in the Dueodde Feriepark and is only about 200 m from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Bornholm. In the vacation park, there is an outdoor pool (approximately from mid-June to mid-September), an indoor pool and sauna (approximately from Easter to autumn vacations) as well as a gym with table tennis, table soccer and various board games (open all year round). There is also a tennis court and a playground with picnic benches.
