The house is about 140 m2 and has 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. The house is suitable for larger families (or even two families) and has 8 beds spread out in the 4 bedrooms with two beds in each (one of the rooms has a double bed). There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the 2nd floor, NOTICE that the stairway to one of the bedrooms is a bit tricky! If you wish to stay more than 8 people in the house, it is possible to use one of the living rooms as a bedroom since it has a sofa-bed in it. There is a lovely garden with a large green area, where you can relax in the hammock or where the children can play around. There is barbeque available and garden furniture so that you can sit outside and enjoy your dinner.

Cozy basement apartment in Nexø

The apartment has its own entrance, bathroom/toilet and kitchen. Access to the garden, with terrace and the possibility to borrow a barbecue. There is the possibility of extra bedding, for a surcharge of DKK 200 per night, as well as the possibility of borrowing a weekend bed and a trip trap chair. Bedding and towels included in the price. Possibility of washing and drying, for a small fee. We live 400 meters from the square, and 600 meters from the harbor, where buses run to the whole island, and the ferry sails to Poland.
