The house is a few minutes' walk from Svaneke center and just a few steps from the Klippestien and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can be placed instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

Hiking trails to Svaneke and Nexø right from the house. Plenty of opportunities for exciting excursions in the area and a morning dip from the cliffs. The house is 90 m2, in the middle of the Bornholm pine forest, with about a 10-minute walk to the beach and lavish nature. Direct access to a very large, partially covered terrace with an awning, where there is garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. The house has a living room with a wood-burning stove, TV and fast WiFi. Large dining table. Kitchen with everything you need. 1 large bathroom with shower, and a smaller bathroom with shower. 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 rooms with 2 single beds. Renovations are ongoing.

Dream location with indoor fireplace in Gudhjem

There are very few actual summerhouses in Gudhjem. Here is one - unique - both in style and location. The nordic/bohemian vibe is thoroughly implemented throughout the house. Everything from the bedroom with the pitoresque view upstairs to the kitchen/ livingroom area with the fireplace and the french door leading to the romantic small courtyard devided into tiny patios in different levels, to the lounge area with gasgrill amongst clematis on the surrounding stone fence, just screams hygge !

Nice and modern apartment on the ground floor.

Centrally located near the center, forest and beach. In the apartment there is Wi-Fi (not very stable), TV, dishwasher. (Dryer may be used at a fair price). A crib and high chair are available for rent. There are NO bed linens/towels etc. included in the price but they can be rented. There is no cleaning included, this can be purchased or done yourself (see under house manual). You can rent bed linens and towels. There is no cleaning included. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). You can see the playground from the terrace in front of the house. There are 3 bedrooms for 6 people. There is a wood-burning stove. TV with Danish and German channels, fiber internet in the summer months Shared outdoor swimming pool in the summer months, approximately 06/15 to 09/08 Volleyball court, petanque, small soccer field Approximately 350 meters to the sandy beach. Electricity consumption is payable. Read on arrival and departure.

This luxury cottage contains all facilities including a nice bright living room with quality furniture, an open kitchen and dining room as well as three bedrooms and a loft. Finally you will find a lovely bathroom with a nice sauna and spa and forest view. In 2022 a new wooden patio was build and a trampolina set up for the kids Electricity during the stay will be charged at 4 kr per Kwh, while water consumption is included

Du er ca 1 km fra Snogebæk som byder på de bedste is, lækker fish & Chips, gode fiskefrikadeller, god kaffe, skøn chokolade, sprøde pizzaer, hygge og stemning.

Wonderful house near the beach

Dejligt og rummeligt sommerhus i Snogebæk beliggende 300 m fra havet. Huset ligger i gåafstand til en af Bornholms bedste badestrande og i hyggelige Snogebæk findes et udvalg spisesteder og små butikker. Huset er et charmerede gammelt bindingsværkshus på 140 kvm. Det indeholder stue, fire soveværelser, ekstra stue med sovesofa samt køkken og et badeværelse. Udenfor findes overdækket terrasse og stor græsplæne.

Bright, quiet surroundings, enclosed, cozy courtyard, four-winged farm from 1825. Independent holiday apartment with private entrance, small kitchen, extra room and bathroom. Maximum 5 min. from wonderful beach, scenic coasts, local harbor and a restaurant/smokehouse. Nice peaceful and pure idyll. We have had a bed & breakfast since 2003. The home is not recommended for those with walking difficulties.
