Enjoy a bbq at the fire pit with complimentary wood and charcoal. The excellent local pub at Sheepwash is a 1.5 mile walk through farm lanes and quiet country lanes.

Little Hoops is our cosy converted barn with original beams and underfloor heating throughout making it ideal for a break away at any time. We lovingly restored it with our family a number of years ago and have enjoyed making it a special place to stay, we often joke that it is far nicer than our own home! The barn has a courtyard garden with table and chairs and is close to the local pub, The Crealock Arms. The coast is a 10 min drive away while shops, cafes etc approx 5 mins in a car.

We are near a number of course fishing lakes and close to the river. You’ll love my place because of the privacy of having your own detached accommodation set in some of the most picturesque countryside in Devon. There is a village pub (no food served). My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets).

There's a bus windscreen above the bed for star/cloud gazing, your own private woodland clearing, a woodburner, and all you need for good dining. It's totally secluded, you won't see anyone or visa versa. Now featuring a hot outdoor shower among the trees, running hot water inside, and Wi-Fi for the WFH crew.
