House vacation rentals in Newport

If you’re looking for a beautiful Airbnb close to downtown Newport, look no further! This is an amazing home about 10 minutes from the wharf area. My family of 6 stayed for 4 nights and had the best time! The house was perfect! Spacious, comfortable, pristine, well equipped kitchen, gorgeous yard and pool, comfortable beds and linens! The host, Za, provided very clear instructions regarding check in and check out. We really appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine on arrival! This is one of the best Airbnbs that we’ve stayed at! Will definitely come back!!!

Our family just had a wonderful time at Stacy and Mario‘s house. The house was immaculate, comfortable and extremely well appointed. The views were beautiful especially the sunsets. The hosts were extremely responsive and considerate

This place was beautiful! The kitchen was spacious and accommodated our larger group nicely. Hosts left clear instructions and proactively checked in. They were even nice enough to open their pool a little earlier so we could enjoy it. Highly recommend staying here if you are planning a girls’ weekend. Bedrooms were comfy, and everyone in my group had a lovely time. Thank you!

Adrienne’s place was great! The accommodations were as described. We really loved the serenity of the environment and how private it was. This place is aptly named “Natures Nook” and we loved walking the property and feeling immersed with nature even when inside. There were so many outdoor activities available to us. Although we didn’t get to take advantage of it all, would definitely book again if we are in the area!

Kyle & Cindy were great hosts! Both communicated clearly about check-in even allowing an early check-in since we were coming from different locations with different arrival times. It was wonderful being able to spend quality time with my family.

Stayed here for our daughter grad from Brown. Backyard beautiful and 20 min from Brown . Brought our adult children ,dog and grandma . Accommodated us all Thank you

Amy's place is spacious, with lots of different spaces to hang out and relax--from the pool to living room, sitting area, basement, game room, and nice outdoor space. The neighborhood was quiet and great for little kids, and Amy made sure to leave little touches for us when we arrived. Biggest downside were the beds, but if you like a softer/plusher mattress then even that would be great.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful, nicely decorated, spacious, extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked for our purposes. Elisabeth was a wonderful host and always responded promptly. If I ever find myself in Newport again, I would definitely want to stay at Elisabeth’s home. Thank you for everything Elisabeth!

We had a great stay! the location is perfect, walking distance to plenty of restaraunts and the beach. We had a quick weekend stay but it had everything we needed. neighbors were nice. house was clean and comfortable. Would definitely come back!

This place was perfect for what I needed. It was cozy, comfortable, clean, simply and beautifully decorated, and well equipped. It was also a wonderful setting with great views in all directions. While the houses are quite close together, it is a quiet neighborhood and it helped that it wasn't high season. Lots to explore nearby and just as tempting to sit on the deck or lie in the hammock watching the world go by. This was more than I had initially planned to spend, and I'm so glad I went ahead with it anyway - very grateful for this spot!

The home was stunning and matched the advertised description perfectly. Conveniently located near a winery and just a short drive from downtown, it offers the ideal balance of relaxation and city access. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place near the city, especially those with a car for easy travel.

The cottage was as lovely as described and on beautiful grounds. Stephen welcomed us with his delicious homemade carrot cake, a bottle of bubbly and a welcome card for us and a graduation card for my son! It was all delightful! Would definitely stay here again.

A perfect hosting host! Booked Kate’s home for my mom’s 60th birthday girls’ trip and they had the absolute best time. Easily walkable to local spots and accessible to downtown Newport via car. Lots of spaces for reading, relaxing, and enjoying each-other’s company. Kate was easy to communicate with and helped make the weekend go off without a hitch! Would highly recommend!!

Megan’s house was cozy, charming and very clean. It looks exactly like the photos. It’s off a main road which makes it easy access to Newport and surrounding areas. The beds were very comfortable . Megan was easygoing and responsive . It was a great stay! Thanks Megan .

This house could not be better located, right in the heart of the historic part of Newport. It has a lot of historical intrigue (e.g., full servants' staircase), but has been renovated with modern comforts. Large and lots of space. All of the toys that were available made my 3-year-old extremely happy. Great airbnb.

Kimberly’s home was absolutely perfect! Comfortable, spotless, and full of timeless New England charm. The beds were super cozy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the outdoor seating area made for such a relaxing spot to unwind. It was the ideal setting for our family to spend quality time together. The house was cozy and in a great location. It was close to everything in Newport that we wanted to see. Plenty of room to spread out and we enjoyed sitting on the back deck.

A great stay in a beautiful dog-friendly home! We had a wonderful time at this lovely home! The interior was stylish and comfortable, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing. It was such a treat to stay in a dog-friendly place that was also thoughtfully set up for human comfort. One thing to note: the second bathroom was under construction during our stay. It would have been helpful to know that a bit earlier than the day before arrival. Also, while we enjoyed cooking, the kitchen was a bit less equipped than other Airbnb homes we've rented. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d love to come back again!

This home was perfect for our little annual family getaway! A cute little home but felt very spacious and thoughtfully decorated! the original paintings were a beautiful touch and really showed how much thought and car went into this home. I would book this home again and again. The hosts were quick to respond and gave plenty of local recommendations. 5 star property and hosts!

Staying at Daniela’s place was great! Super easy to find and get into the peaceful house on the pond. Even though it was pet friendly, the house was spotless and had no wear or tear from previous visitors. It was great that they had child gates at stairs too! The dog loved going out in the canoe and swimming in the pond! Great place overall!

We had a great stay at Rayvon’s. Check in and check out were easy. Super comfortable beds! I did wish the bedroom had a fan of some kind but that’s a personal preference. Wasn’t a huge fan of the pillows but I am very picky on those 🤣 I am local and meant to bring my own but forgot. Each room has its own heating/air unit which is easy to control. Very nicely decorated. The kitchen was a little smaller than I originally thought it would be but we were only there a short stay and ate most of our meals out. Recommend cru cafe for breakfast! The hot tub and outdoor shower were nice to have. Tip if you use the outdoor shower: I somehow completely missed the hook at the top of the door (I am short). I was thinking if there was one it would be closer to where the handle was.
