Beautiful, well decorated and SO clean. The location is ideal- only a few minutes to all the attractions in Newport. The heated pool was amazing since the weather was only in the 70s when we visited. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I had a lovely stay in this listing over Memorial Day weekend. The home itself and particularly the view were even more beautiful than pictured. Elena is a fantastic host - flexible, accommodating, and always quick to respond to any request. The adorable town of Warren, which is a few minutes drive away, boasts countless restaurants, bars, art galleries, boutiques, and more. I could not more highly recommend this home for couples, families, or groups of friends looking for a fantastic waterfront getaway.

Awesome place for kids and families. We had some cooler weather and the heated pool was a godsend!!! Looking forward to coming back next year.

We stayed for only 1 night. The description and reviews are accurate. The house was exactly what we needed. The location is great with an easy walk into town. Our son caught 3 fish off the dock. We loved our quick stay and would absolutely stay again.

Our stay was amazing! Adrienne was great she responded fast whenever we messaged her. We had a wind storm and she came right out to replace an umbrella that broke. She told us about some local events during our stay. The home was beautiful and just what we were looking for. Everything was clean and easy to find, she even had it all labeled. Everything about this place was just amazing. We will be staying again. Our family all loved it.

This house is so beautiful, it was exactly as pictured in the listing. The area felt very safe, there are neighbors close by but still plenty of privacy. The house had everything we needed. The sheets were super soft and the beds were comfy. Lavonne was super responsive, we had an issue connecting to the WiFi when we arrived and she came right over and resolved it. The view of the boats in the bay was so stunning. I would highly recommend staying here!

Alan & Alexis’ place was lovely. Exactly like the pictures and so many amenities like coffee machine, baby cribs, high chair, toys and was well stocked with coffee, paper towel, toilet paper, dishwashing tablets etc to make your stay just like st home. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. The location was great and very quiet looking over the ocean. The house was very clean. Would definitely return! Highly recommend

Kerrie and Mark were perfect hosts. Gorgeous location, walk to beach and house was stocked with everything needed for our stay. The dock was fun for the kids. Pond is very shallow and our young kids had a blast kayaking and paddle boarding. We can’t wait to book again next year.

Caroline’s place was great. She was a very responsive host and her place was as described. It was clean, spacious easy to get in and good location. There were lots of good restaurants and beaches nearby. Would definitely stay there again.

My family of four absolutely LOVED Annie's house. It had so many nice touches like firewood for the fire pit, backyard games, and extra things like baby gates, bathroom toiletries, that made it clear the hosts are really thoughtful about their guests. We particularly enjoyed the fire pit, and how secluded it felt being right on the forest's edge even though you have neighbors to the other side. We also loved the outdoor shower, backyard games, all the kitchen equipment for cooking, and the unique touches of decor that are clearly from their travels. The beds were comfy and the pass to the beach was an incredible perk since parking elsewhere was tough on a popular beach day. I highly recommend this place to a small family, or even two (with the crib and gigantic room in the basement). Their recommendations they provided for things to do were great too!

This lake house is the perfect option for anyone looking to stay in Coventry and would like the home-like feel over a hotel. The view is so peaceful. The cottage offers just the right balance and we look forward to staying again when we are in the area visiting family. Also, the hosts were super responsive and helpful.

Loved staying at this little seaside cottage! Beautiful sunset view. Cute bunnies hopping around in the yard. Very helpful to already have linens & towels available on-site. Easy entry with access code, not having to carry a key was great. Beautiful neighborhood to walk around and look at the houses & the views. Neighbors were super friendly and everyone waved during our daily walks. Easy access point to the bay right down the street so we could paddleboard. Easy walk to George's (awesome tiki bar right on the beach in the sand - live music), Jimmy's Portside (delicious seafood - I say best in Narragansett!), seafood markets, shops, and other restaurants - as well as the Block Island ferry for a day trip. House was very bright/white and clean and peaceful.

What can I say! Perfect experience, soup to nuts. Jenny was gracious and thoughtful. We have stayed on the island once before and we didn't quite realize how cumbersome it might be to get more supplies once we were there last summer. If you stay at Jenny's place-- she's got you covered. Forget your shampoo -- not to worry! I've never stayed in a home where the host so generously shared the little things. Fantastic place for kids. Comfy! Games! Views! I went over my budget in booking this place and it was worth every penny. The golf cart!! The beach chairs! Soft beds. CLEAN. Loved the kitchen. If you choose Jenny's place, you can leave your worries behind and just show up. I mean-- bring your supplies for sure-- but you don't have to carry the board games on your back and the bottled water. She's got you SET UP!! Enjoy.

Great stay. Beautiful water views. Literally a 20 second walk to the shoreline. Very obvious that Tony put a ton of work into the house. Totally remodeled - everything appeared brand new. IMMEDIATE response to a hot water issue which was resolved right away and with a late check out as compensation. Highly recommend. Great house. Great host.
