We loved staying at Bren’s Lake Forest home with our family and two dogs! The photos don’t really do this place justice. It’s far more spacious and lovely than what the pics show. It is well kept both inside and out, and in a very safe and peaceful neighborhood. There are TVs in almost every room, so no one was fighting over what to watch. The home was easy to find and coming and going was a breeze. The kitchen is well stocked and you don’t ever have to worry about running out of towels or bed linens! We didn’t have to ask for anything, everything was well planned out and it was nice that our needs were anticipated and addressed before even stepping foot inside. Bren was so welcoming and friendly, we would definite stay here again.

非常温馨的房子，厨房用品很齐全，洗衣房的用品也很全。这个位置很安全，也很安静，一天出去转了两圈只见到了2个人。打扫的很干净。上下铺的床，15公斤的小朋友打滚也不会发出声音，但是大人上去会发出吱吱声。院子里面有一棵枇杷树和一棵桑树，我们住的时候正好结满了枇杷和桑葚，我的儿子玩地特别开心。步行可以到社区里的小公园，有一个小滑滑梯。开车15分钟有橙县大公园，里面有免费乘坐的热气球和许多滑滑梯，小朋友很喜欢。开车10分钟还有个pretend儿童博物馆，我儿子在里面玩了一整天，说下次还要来玩。只有一件事情比较遗憾：我老公想打一场laguna woods golf club的球，房主让我在官网预定，但是我们无法注册。总之，我们对这个房子还是很满意的。

This was such a great experience for our family! The layout of the house was perfect! The adults had their own room/bathroom postures while the children had their own beds as well. There is a loft window by the parent’s bedroom that looked down into the living room and we could see and speak to our kids when they were down there. The views are amazing, and we loved the pool! Right next to a Whole Foods and many other stores/restaurants. The WiFi had issues, and Niko was very repainted to have Comcast come out and fix it! It made our usual soccer tournament hotel stay MUCH more enjoyable staying in this townhome! Would love to utilize again!

I got this place for my son & gf and they LOVED it. It was perfect for them and their dog, and Michael was INCREDIBLY responsive, super late at night, when they got in and needed assistance, and the location was beautiful. Their stay was just enough to get away, but still be close enough to home. ❤️

Even though I have not been to as many Airbnbs as other travelers do, so far Ryan’s place in Irvine is the best place among all places I have ever found on this platform. Clean apartment, clear instruction, convenient location (7 min to Airport, 2 minute to south coast shopping mall, 20 minute to Disney Land), good view, super comfortable bed. Also it’s irvine, nothing luxury about this city compared to Newport, but it is one of the most friendly and safest neighborhoods for middle-upper class. My only complains are the water temperature and the broken door of the second bedroom, water was not warm. Other things, we loved it. Do not want to leave.
