Amazing brand new lower unit just steps to sand. I am a super host and this is my "vintage surf bungalow". Indoor/outdoor bar, patio dining with bbq, outdoor shower, 2 tandem parking spots. Perfect for family gatherings. Beach chairs, umbrella, surfboards, boogie boards and beach toys included. There is a 4 car tandem garage, but Large SUVs will not fit.
