With a full kitchen, two living rooms, and great top deck there is a space for everyone. You will have the whole house and access to all of the toys/bikes in the garage. We will have a manager on-site to help with check in and check outs. The manager's number, are on call at all times, and can be there in less than 10 min. for any issues. Located near the Newport Pier, there are hundreds of great places to eat, shop and play within walking distance. With a safe, friendly town square 40 yards away, the children can roam in a secure environment. The best way to experience Newport is by the boardwalk. Either walking or riding bikes. This house comes with 8 bikes. Plenty enough to take everyone out for a fun ride! Make sure to lock the bikes up when you go.

Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys,and boards are at your disposal! We are just a walk to local eats, grocery store, a cute park with a playground/courts, and best local shopping that the Peninsula has to offer!
