Lake house vacation rentals in New Melones Lake

The updates to the home were awesome. This was our 7th visit and love it so much. Our kids love the lake, swimming, tubing and fishing there. Great fun, would highly recommend a visit. Thank you Ryan!

Perfect location! Todd’s lakefront home was the perfect fit for our family of five. First of all the location – right on the lake with your own private dock and all of the gear you could possibly need to enjoy it – stand up paddle boards, canoes, kayaks, floats, etc.! Everything was an excellent condition throughout. Todd‘s attention to detail in providing a well stocked kitchen with herbs and spices, Ziploc’s, paper towels, bath products, laundry detergents and all the essentials to make it an easy, relaxing stay! We appreciated the lush, beach towels, and new bath towels. Every bedroom had comfortable beds and bedding. I enjoyed using the treadmill while looking out at the peaceful serene lake. The hot tub was also a bonus! We would highly recommend Todd as a responsive host and perfect peaceful family getaway! Thank you, Todd for an amazing stay!

We had a great stay. The fishing was fun and we caught some bluegill. Spotted some trout and bass but they were not biting. The house was great, clean, and perfect for our stay. The multiple decks were nice and we enjoyed our coffee out there. The management company provided great instructions. The home really added to our awesome Yosemite trip. Thank you for a great time.

A beautiful home, well appointed, with a gorgeous view. Our stay was so comfortable. Host was helpful, communicative, and flexible. Lake Don Pedro is a fantastic lake and was nearly full. The walk to and from the lake is steep, be prepared. We moored in the cove and had lovely play and down time between ski runs. Would definitely come again!

Wow!! What an amazing stay the home is beautiful spacious clean and cozy. 2 bathrooms both with some toiletries running warm water and no issues. Bedrooms were very clean carpets spacious and cozy. I did however toss and turn as the pillows were pretty flat this is something my friends who stayed in the main rooms also echoed… No big deal. The grill worked very well and had gas in the tank as reported by the host which I appreciate. The porch space overall was amazing AC and ceiling fans kept us cool, living room couch was comfortable with the amazing TV setup. I loved the books and cards they had lying around as well. A bit farm from Yosemite if you’re going without a reservation you should leave no later than 5:15am to get to the gate by 6am. Would definitely stay here again. If you’re thinking about booking do not hesitate.

Jason’s place is one of the most fabulous Airbnb house we’ve experienced. The house is elegantly decorated and the facilities are brand new. The checkin process is fast and simple and we were greeted with a basket of snack and drinks. Would like to recommend this place to anyone skiing in Dodge Ridge.

We had a peaceful stay. The cabin is next to the lake and has amazing views. Melissa is very responsive and provided us with clear instructions. Would love to stay again!

The cabin was very cute and perfectly located for our needs and wants. Very quiet cabin inside.

Comfortable beds (I like firm beds) with pressed linens. Nice quality towels. Thoughtful bottles of water at the nightstands for those dry, high altitude nights. Good airflow for sleeping. Clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the deck for Star gazing and for morning coffee. Well stocked kitchen tools for cooking. Lara was easy to communicate with and very thoughtful. Had a great weekend under the sugar pines!

We had a great stay and this was a perfect location for a visit with family in the area. The home had all of the amenities we could possibly need and was very comfortable both inside and out. The location is great for lake access or to just enjoy the view. A great place that we will definitely return to!

We chose the place because we were attending a wedding at The Dorrington Hotel - so the location was perfect. It was a great size and layout for the six of us. Adam was a great communicator and generous regarding our arrival and departure time. It was helpful that there were two bathrooms and laundry machines. We did not cook any meals there - so we can't speak to the availability of cookware or spices/oils.

We had a great stay at this cabin! The space was cozy and clean, and the location was great—just a short distance from the lake and some really beautiful hikes. It was a peaceful and convenient spot to relax and enjoy nature.

This cabin was perfect for our family of 12. It was clean, spacious with a great deck for barbecuing. We also had a Solar Stove for the kids to do s’mores. The kitchen has all the basics necessities you need plus an espresso pod station that we all super enjoyed. April was also a fantastic host. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner and provided so much helpful information in a guide book that she shared with us (and a clear checkout list). Very organized and thoughtful. The location was fantastic as well, peaceful, beautiful with a few lakes around the area to choose from that are less than 10 min away! We will keep this place in mind for future bookings. We loved staying at Fitz Inn! We have stayed in several cabins in this area and Fitz Inn stands out for several reasons. First, the house is lovely, clean, and well-appointed. Second, the natural light is lovely and this is hard to find in a wooded area like Blue Lake Springs. Third, THE DECK. We loved sitting out on that deck, watching wildlife (even a bear!) wander by, watching the bats come out at dusk and then the stars. The layout of the house was also really great for us given that we have teens. Parents had the master of course, and oldest kid could be in the other downstairs room with a little distance from the parents. Younger kid was right upstairs. Loved playing Ping Pong, and being able to walk to the lake for swimming. Overall, the house was excellent! My only suggestion would be fans in the upstairs rooms. But we were grateful for the AC! We had a fantastic time and were very comfy at the Fitz Inn, and the owner and Property Manager were very responsive ! Thank you!

Carla's place was perfect for us. It is about as close as you can get to the lake and 2 minutes from downtown. Arguably the most well-equipped kitchen for an Airbnb... Overall excellent, clean home and an exceptional value. Thank you, Carla!

The castle by the lake is likely the top 1-3 rentals available in Arnold - you will not be disappointed booking this exquisite cabin. The open kitchen, fireplaces and activities available for all make this place a wonder to visit- it’s the kind of cabin that offers something for everyone we had a group of 4 adults and 5 children and it was so nice for the kids to explore and have fun in a contained environment. It’s worth noting that the room with bunk beds is a loft accessible by a ladder - there is no door at the top of the ladder so if you have a young child or a kiddo that may sleep walk, I consider this ladder and room unusable. the kids ended up sleeping on pads on the floor. the parents felt better about this option. The yard has a fun swing and playhouse. The playhouse is accessible by a 9ft ladder- this also gave some of the parents pause, and may be considered unsafe for younger kiddos. I do highly recommend this cabin- and hosts were so kind and responsive - thank you!

Great place to stay! We were visiting Yosemite National Park and it was a great location. My husband utilized the golf course that the house is located on and really enjoyed it! Jake and his wife were super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location! Hard to find any complaints with such lovely scenery all around you. Home was spacious and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. There was a slight hiccup with arrival - when putting in the home address into the gps it took us to a resident entrance that we were unable to go through. Had to reroute the visitor entrance - luckily there is a sign with the correct address, but would’ve preferred to know beforehand.

We had an awesome time at the Sunshine cabin. It was in a great location, clean, and felt very homey.

We had such a lovely stay at this house in Groveland. This was a nice location to stay at, walkable to Pine Mountain Lake area and not too far from Yosemite. Michelle was a great host as she responded quickly to my questions about staying there. The house has everything a family like ours would need - everything to feel right at home, everything we needed to cook with, items to use for little kids like ours (i.e. high chair) plus Michelle included extra snacks and amenities, which was very thoughtful. We definitely recommend this place!
