Our stay at Gillian's place was perfect. Super comfortable accommodations in a gorgeous setting. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like a bottle of wine and note left by the host and a full set-up for morning coffee and tea. Highly recommend!

From the moment we walked in, everything felt special — the apartment was beautifully designed, warm, and welcoming, with softly lit scented candles already creating a cozy atmosphere. We were also greeted with thoughtful touches like a complimentary bottle of wine, cookies, and yogurts for breakfast — such a kind and generous gesture! The place itself is quiet and peaceful, and enjoying morning coffee by the little lake with the fish was simply magical. This stay made our weekend unforgettable. Huge thanks to Adele, our wonderful host — your hospitality and attention to detail were incredible. I wish you continued success with your business, and I’d return in a heartbeat. We had an incredible stay at this immaculate suite. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered—from plush blankets and cozy robes to a curated selection of toiletries, candles, and a fully stocked coffee and tea station. It truly felt like we were staying in a boutique resort or luxurious cabin. The suite is very spacious and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, yet it’s surprisingly convenient—just minutes to the beach and downtown Barrie. We loved how easy it was to explore the area, and there were tons of great food options nearby to suit every craving. The beds and linens were ultra comfortable, making it hard to get up in the morning! Everything about the space was inviting, warm, and relaxing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene escape with top-tier comfort and thoughtful touches.

My family and I had a great time at Adam’s cottage! Incredible view of the lake, the lake water was crystal-clear. Beach house was well maintained and very clean, the interior decor was stunning! Beach house/garage had all the amenities you will need! The 2 paddle boards and 2 bikes were a great edition! we enjoyed walks/bike rides through the trails in the neighbourhood. We will definitely come back, HIGHLY recommend! Adam was very helpful, insightful, and gave fast replies! Great host!

My boyfriend and I decided to have a 1 night get away at the secret dome and it was absolutely amazing. Deborah was the best Airbnb host I have ever met, she was so sweet and responsive. She went above and beyond with getting us gifts, snack basket, and decorations for our anniversary and my birthday coming up. It was a pleasure being able to spend the weekend there and I would absolutely do it again. Her animals are also so adorable and we got to feed them! 100% recommend for a nice private and peaceful getaway and the photos don’t do it justice with how nice it is there.

We just recently stayed at this Airbnb and it was fantastic. The unit was immaculately clean, organized and relaxing. It was well furnished and stocked with things one might need during their stay here. It was like a home away from home and we much appreciated all the little touches this Airbnb had to offer its guests. Kathy and John are lovely and we will definitely be staying here again when we are in the area.

An amazing apartment and an amazing host! Tiana and Tom were both equally lovely and welcoming during a recent business trip to Barrie and Toronto. The apartment is beautifully decorated, has every amenity you could possibly think of, and is surrounded by breath taking views and walks. I could not recommend this apartment for your next stay in Barrie or Ontario more if I tried! Go for it! Thanks both - will be back !

Hytte Away - Cabin Retreat

We were blown away by this stunning retreat in the woods. The host has thought of absolutely everything to make the stay enjoyable and memorable . The kitchen was spotless and stocked with all of the essentials. We especially enjoyed the pour over coffee from a local roaster. Other highlights: Sonos speakers playing music all weekend, bath products, plenty of towels and linens, bath robes. The instruction manual app is very detailed and has everything you could possibly need to know. The host is quick to respond. Mountain bike trails 1-2 km up the road - some of the best we have seen. We used the sauna and cold plunge more than we thought we would - it was FAB. Zero complaints. We would LOVE to stay here again.
