Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage! Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern unkompliziert und freundlich. Die ruhige Lage nahe Innsbruck war ideal für Ausflüge und Erholung. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben in der Villa Bux eine Woche verbracht und die Zeit und das Zimmer sehr genossen! Das Airbnb ist sehr einfach zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Meran zu erreichen und ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für tolle Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Café im Untergeschoss bietet hervorragendes Frühstück und Snacks für den Tag! Ansonsten befinden sich unzählige Restaurants in Laufnähe! Danke Katharina für die tolle Zeit und Service!

Esse Airbnb foi o melhor que já fiquei. Primeiro porque o Mikhail foi extremamente simpático em nos receber e explicar tudo sobre a casa. Segundo, porque tudo estava novo, limpo e aconchegante! Eu recomendo e voltaria ! Obrigada ❤️

Wir haben es genossen für uns sein zu können. Die Lage war einfach genial und bot viele Möglichkeiten zum Erkunden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen, in der Gegend ist nichts Vergleichbares zu finden. Einfach in jeder Hinsicht ein Schmuckstück!

The most amazing place we have ever stayed, we cannot recommend Felix and Sabine's place anymore. We stayed here for a few days as we did different hikes in the Dolomites and was a perfect base. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants in Brixen. The house (and hottub) is fantastic, the kitchen was fully stocked and we felt like we were at home. We will be back!

Ein toller Kurzurlaub im Stubaital bei Traumwetter zum Skifahren. Von der Wohnung ist man in ca. 20 Minuten bei den Gletscherbahnen. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und die Küchenausstattung a gemessen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Lieben Dank für das schöne Wochenende in Mieders.

Die einfache Buchung der Unterkunft, die problemlose und einfache Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Ernst und letztendlich die sehr schöne Wohnung haben zu einer wunderschönen Urlaubswoche beigetragen. Gesamtfazit: Sehr empfehlenswert!!!!

Die Unterkunft hatte alles zu bieten was man sich für einen schönen Kurzurlaub in den Bergen wünscht: schöne Einrichtung mit moderner Ausstattung und einem noch schöneren Ausblick. Dazu ist Innsbruck sehr gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

The place was absolutely wonderful! It was peaceful and the surrounding views are spectacular. Our kids had lots of fun with the animals. Christian was always around and gave us many good recommendations to do in the area. We did some hiking, some driving and it was a good base to discover the Dolomites.

Schöne ruhige Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Sie war sauber und ordentlich und man hat sich beim reinkommen gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Gegend hat eine traumhafte Natur und Landschaft und lud sehr zum wandern ein. Der Check in und out war sehr unkompliziert und bei Fragen standen die Gastgeber zur Seite. This was an outstanding accomodation: in a beautiful location with a mountain right outside your window, close to town, and well equipped with everything you might need and a whole wellness centre as well. Carmen our host was of great help and easily reachable at all times! Would highly recommend this accomodation.

Sehr sympathische, kommunikative und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Super Wohnung, genau wie beschrieben bzw. sogar größer als erwartet. Alles perfekt sauber und vollständig ausgestattet. Sehr modern und gleichzeitig herzlich und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt für vier sehr entspannte Nächte. Wir würden dort nichts ändern und jederzeit sehr gerne wiederkommen - vielen Dank!

This was one of our best stays so far. The place offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the city,sunset views are mystical and must not be missed. The house was spacious, cozy and had all the required amenities. Cristina and Ernst were great hosts and made us super comfortable. They were quick in their responses and humble in their approach. Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in der stilvollen Loftwohnung von Vera. mit Kindern war es auch toll direkt an der Hungerburg Seilbahn und am Alpenzoo gelegen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr modern, sehr sauber und bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf die Berge. Ruhig gelegen, aber mit ein paar Busstationen zur Innenstadt. Wer mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt, da empfehlen wir die Buslinie W, da die anderen 500er Buslinien noch einen 15 Minuten Fußweg bergauf bedeutet. Vera war eine sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin mit tollen Tipps und schnellen Antworten auf unsere Fragen. Absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei dieser Unterkunft! Alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Umgebung ist ganz schön und da gibt's viel zu erkunden. Der Bahnhof ist nur in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar! Ich würde auf jeden Fall diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen!!

By far the best Airbnb we have stayed👌👌❤️❤️ Right from the communication, attentive hosts, absolutely pristine surroundings, house full of luxury amenities like whirlpool ( jacuzzi ), sauna, cold bath, hey stack bed and the sumptuous breakfast, it had everything one could possibly ask for.. And Longiaru, such beautiful place, it’s a trekkers paradise.. We had decided to do lots of hikes during our visit to Alps & had read about Tre Cime and Ceceda being the treks to do but Nicolas had mentioned about couple of good hikes around his place and glad we did these…. His villa is right on 2 trails - 1) we went to Utia Vaciara & Munt de Fornella which give great views of Mount Putia and 2) Utia Ciampcios & Megaldes which give stunning views of Puez mountains with breathtaking scenery and blooming wildflowers all along the trails.. Thank you Nicolas for suggesting these trails and we loved them so much that we didn’t go to Tre cime or Ceceda even though we had the car.. Ciao, Sachin

The apartment is well located for both hiking in the surrounding area and access into Innsbruck. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The private outdoor terrace had tremendous views and was south facing yet still secluded. Small, well appointed supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Overall I would highly recommend.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft. Alles war genauso wie auf den Bildern oder in der Beschreibung, die Kommunikation mit Emily war auch unkompliziert. Ausstattung und Service dieser Unterkunft sind von außergewöhnlicher Qualität – hier stimmt einfach alles :)

Eine tolle und gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Sehr idyllische Umgebung, perfekt um abzuschalten. Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise aber würden auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt wiederkommen.
