Unique location in a hidden gem of a Bavarian town that is close to Munich. You should leave time to walk down to the town square in your travels and enjoy the sites. The host leaves an appreciated personal touch with local beers in the fridge, and is very responsive for assistance.

Great place – clean, comfortable, and as described. Good location, quiet neighborhood, and easy contact with the host. Buses fit easily. I recommend it and would love to come back!

This is a wonderful penthouse apartment with nice decor and a wonderful rooftop terrace in a beautiful little town. There is no lift in the building, but luckily the building is not too tall. Can recommend to stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay at Angelika and Martin’s. They have a very lovely place and made us feel right at home. It was also the perfect location that allowed us to explore Munich and visit Legoland. We would love to stay again!

The apartment is very appealing, well furnished and easy to reach. We felt very comfortable. Check-in was hassle-free. Communication with the host was very nice and she always responded immediately.

The region in which it is located is very quiet and easily accessible to public transportation. It is a 15-minute walk from HBF, but 1 block from the avenue with several transportation options. I highly recommend the accommodation, I felt right at home!

We were 2 married couples and wanted to go hiking. There are many beautiful hiking trails in the area. Calimoto helped with that. A good restaurant can be reached on foot in a few minutes. We also liked to use the sauna in the garden. It's quiet at night. Next year we'll come back and bring our bikes. In the evening, we could also play games at the large dining table. We were able to watch the last match of the Bundesliga on the big TV. Dunja gave tips on request and is very friendly. Regards, Johannes

The house was clean, spacious and nice! It matched exactly the pictures. It was in a quiet area with lots of parking spots outside. The host was very responsive and kind! We enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation, great restaurants, and charming neighborhoods. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again the next time we’re in Munich. Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

Very nicely furnished cottage with everything you need. Communication was flawless and everything was ready when we arrived. Even our dog was kindly thought of.

Had a wonderful stay, exactly as described. Home is walkable to the city center, and a few minutes walk to the supermarket. Had a great park next to it with a playground. Easy communication with host. Kids also enjoyed the small gift.

Location, location, location! Close to many museums, restaurants, markets, boutiques, and only a short subway trip to center of Munich. Sarah’s place was perfect for our week stay in Munich! The place was spotless, modern, and well equipped. She took initiative to make our stay even more comfortable for us and our adult daughter. Thank you, Sarah. We would enjoy staying at your home again someday.

There were three of us there for a total of 5 nights and we felt very comfortable. The apartment is very clean and the old town is wonderfully within walking distance. By car, you can reach the Baggersee in 10 minutes! Would book the apartment again.

Everything great! Very nice house, great decor, very quiet. There's even a bulging bookshelf. Everything was there for cooking, spices, oils, etc. For the welcome, there were pretzels and small snacks as well as chilled drinks. Wifi was good. We will be happy to come back!

We spent two beautiful days in Ulm. Bedroom can be completely darkened, hallway room (with bed) cannot. Kitchen super equipped! And the highlight: the great sun terrace where we sat in the late afternoon until evening. Also well connected to the tram, great!

Franziska's apartment was very well equipped and also provided with some extras that are otherwise not common. For example: coffee capsules, lots of towels, body lotion,… a special plus was the great terrace, which was of course mega in good weather. Franziska is very nice and warm. Communication worked out great. We'd love to come back! 🤗
