We offer an apartment for 2 people, which is located on the outskirts between Augsburg and Friedberg. In the living room there is also a sofa bed available. The small town of Friedberg is romantically located on a hill and is always worth a visit. The train station (Augsburg-Hochzoll) can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Augsburg, Munich or even the Allgäu. Culturally, there is plenty to explore. The approx. 65 m² apartment is located in the basement in a newly built detached house on a hillside. It has its own entrance and is barrier-free. The apartment is equipped with a double bedroom and closet, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living and dining area with fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) and sofa bed, as well as a guest toilet. The hillside location opens up a spacious terrace with a carport in the south, which invites you to relax and barbecue.
