We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

In summer, a large outdoor pool is available for all residents to share. Golf course, Tauern-Spa, sports airfield, swimming lake, restaurants, etc. are minutes away. Winter: Ski bus very close by. A ski cellar with ski boot warmer is available in the house.

Welcome to my cozy apartment on the edge of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The perfect place to unwind and enjoy the mountain views. There are numerous ski resorts nearby, such as the Gastein Valley or the Kitzsteinhorn. In summer you will find numerous opportunities to hike, climb or mountain bike and then you can refresh yourself in the natural pool or relax in our panoramic sauna overlooking the Hochkönig.

In the apartment there is a small bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling shower, a sink with a mirror cabinet and a toilet. In the living area is the sofa bed, a cozy dining area and a TV. A small kitchenette with sink, storage, fridge and two ceramic hobs. A separate bedroom is adjacent to the living area. Here is the bed (140 x 200 cm) and a dresser as additional storage space.
