Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

The Schnyder's Home Schlossappartement is located in the center of Rapperswil with direct views of the city's famous landmark. The apartment is very spacious (71 m²) and has a large living room, dining area, bar, equipped kitchen, bedroom with desk. A spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and rain shower. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, 55" TV with free streaming (Netflix) complete the offer. For long-term tenants, a cheap cleaning service is offered.

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.

Original Toggenburger house, over 200 years old. Owned by our family for 20 years and fully restored in 2005, and equipped with every comfort: underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, sauna, wood stove, terrace, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. Outside, there is a large terrace and there is space for 4 cars in the parking lot.
