A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). The 60 sqm garden apartment for 2-4 people is located between Munich and Freising. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, kitchen, dining and living area with a box spring sofa bed. In the basement the bedroom with 2 windows and a 1.80 m wide bed. In front of the house, the bus runs to the S-Bahn and to Erding. Opposite is a Rewe market. There is a terrace with an awning and a secluded, completely fenced garden. Pets are welcome and a private garage and parking are available!
