Sprötze, Tostedt, and Buchholz are nearby and offer good shopping options. Sprötze train station is about 1.5 miles (2.5 km) away and offers connections to Hamburg and Bremen. The surrounding area is ideal for lovely walks and hikes. There is also a small sauna on the property.

The 2.5-room apartment was extensively renovated in 2022 and lovingly furnished. It is three stories, with the cozy living and kitchen area on the first floor. On the first floor is the bathroom with a chandelier and a large, freestanding bathtub. On the first floor is the master bedroom, which is equipped with a large double bed and a fold-out sofa. There is a second bathroom on this floor. The second bedroom is in the attic.

In the kitchenette there is a fridge and a stove, The porch leads to the bathroom. In summer, it is possible to share the directly adjacent pool; a large fireplace invites you to a campfire. On request, breakfast and/or other meals can also be booked in addition.
