Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Nettles Island

Gina is a great host. The unit was scheduled for an external maintenance by HOA without exact schedule dates. When the work was begun Gina voluntarily arranged a new unit nearby to move in fear of noise and obstruction of the view for us. The remainder of the stay at the new unit was equally fantastic. She even refunded a portion of money for the inconvenience!!! Amazing and very responsible host! Highly recommend!

Newly remodeled condo. Gorgeous sinks, counters, fridge, and floors. Very clean. Complete w Roombas! Beds are very hard, if that’s important. Furniture is minimal - difficult to sit together for comfy evening convos. Otherwise, a great place to stay, walking distance to jetty, and right across the street from the beach!!

Robert and Janie were great hosts. Immediate responses and easy to work with. They were attuned to their guest's needs and cared about our comfort. The condo and facilities were top-notch. Nice pool, nice gym, lots of options for food, completely safe. We look forward to visiting again!

Great place to stay! Very nice little apartment on a golf course, with everything you’d need to cook. A beautiful pool that has a tiki bar and serves really delicious food! Very nice location being just down the road from all the other entertainment on the island. We will be back for sure!

We can't say enough about the apartment. It is so attractive, and we loved the white-on-white palette. The furniture is very comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. There's a great shower, plenty of new bath and bed linens and LOTS of extra touches, e.g., velvet coat hangers (dozens of them). Everything is clearly and neatly described/labeled. And very importantly, everything is so clean! The beach, with miles of private shoreline, is fabulous and only a very short walk away. It was wonderful to start each day watching the sun rise over the ocean. Victoria was very responsive. She has created a gem of a get-away.

Ann & Lars were wonderful host. After our initial Air bnb fell through they were willing to help us out and accept our last minute booking. They were very quick to respond and so accommodating. Thank you so much for this! The place is great! We were even greeted with a bottle of champagne and fresh flowers. This was such a nice touch. If you are a golfer this would be a dream location. The space itself was also very nice. We loved the screened in porch, which is just outside the putting green area. I highly recommend this place and would book again with them.

If you are looking for the perfect getaway where you can feel at home with all of the amenities you can think of including its own private beach and 9-hole golf course, this is the place to be! The condo was immaculate, well furnished, and equipped with just about anything you can think of to make it your home. Stephanie is an excellent host checking in periodically to make sure I had everything I needed, etc... She's very responsive and was incredibly helpful during my stay, which even included 2 hurricanes. Another perc is that the development is a stone's throw away from some of the best bars and restaurants in town. The experience was so nice that I extended my stay another 2 weeks and would stay longer if it were available. I would've have gave her 10 stars if I could. :)

Ocean Village is a beautifully landscaped community. The condo was exactly as described in the listing. The unit is updated throughout, exceptionally clean and just a wonderful place to stay. The beach is just a 5 minute or so walk and one of the pools even closer. The unit had everything you needed, the balcony was shade and had a nice view of the golf course. Great place to stay

This place was absolutely amazing. Perfect location with tons of amenities! While it was in a large gated neighborhood it still had a very quiet and private feel. Everything we needed to go to the beach was available in the condo, chairs, umbrellas, towels all included. 10/10 would stay again!

Beautiful condo, plenty of amenities as listed. Pools were spotless, She checked in on us shortly after arriving. Left a manual with answers to every question possible. 1 would definitely stay here again.

This was truly a home away from home. The condo is so well-stocked that you could literally just arrive. Not only this, but when I say well-stocked, that extends to beach chairs, towels, wagons, umbrellas, etc. To top it off, Lilliam was so well communicative and ensured we had all our needs to make it a wonderful stay. This was meant to be a couple of days of total relaxation and a getaway from busy city life, and it could not have been more perfect. The community is lovely and you don't even need to leave the grounds if you don't want to. We will definitely come back the next time we need to recharge our batteries in a very quiet and comfortable place.

This was our second time staying at Jim’s place. Due to some unplanned construction during our stay, Jim made other accommodations for us in a similar unit. Jim was proactive and communicative, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The property is beautiful and we will definitely return for a third visit!

We were so pleased with our condo, all of the amenities, cleanliness, comfort and pure beauty. The bed and linens were very comfortable. We had everything that we needed and more. We had several people that came and stayed in different condos and none of them were offered the amount of things such as toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, beach items and towels like what was supplied in our condo. Angela had it all!! It is one of the closest units to the beach, hole 1 on the par 3 golf course, tiki bar and restaurant. It is in a great location for everything. We had such an amazing time, felt right at home and we cannot wait to book again. There are many nearby restaurants that had amazing food that we were able to get to easily. The beach is private and hardly ever crowded. We rented a pontoon and also visited some of the public beaches that were close by. I would 10/10 recommended this place over all! Thank you Angie and Bobby for an amazing place to stay.

Susan was a very helpful, friendly and easy to reach. Susan‘s home was, home away from home. We had everything we needed and more. Her home was very clean. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The balcony had very nice and comfortable furniture little snacks and a welcome basket along with coffee pods were nice touch. Directly on the ocean and a short little few steps away from the beach. Umbrellas and chairs were nice to take to the beach. I would recommend Susan’s home to anyone! We would love to come back again soon. Cathy and Jerry.

Jameli's place provided an exceptional getaway from home. The pool and beach, situated within walking distance, were visually stunning. External restaurants and activities were easily accessible by car. Although the air conditioning functioned well, its extreme loudness required elevated volumes for music and television. The instructions for the beach chairs were somewhat vague, indicating they were in the closet, whereas they were actually stored in an outside storage. Furthermore, one of the extra blankets appeared unclean, leading us to utilize the spare comforter. In spite of these minor issues, the property's overall excellence made it a superb choice for our stay. The pool and tiki bar were particular favorites, while the beach offered a secluded atmosphere. This property is highly recommended for those seeking an outstanding retreat.

Felt right at home here! The place was in a great location, everything was new and clean, and Collette was so friendly and helpful! We would love to come back and stay here again!

A very comfortable place on a quiet cut-de-sac. Very large, wooded and landscaped backyard. Beautiful pool enclosed by a sturdy lanai. The inside of the house is clean and comfortable. We came with our two small dogs and had an absolute fantastic time enjoying the pool and the fenced backyard. Our hosts Julia and Jeff responded to our every request promptly. Everything throughout the house and entire property worked as advertised. We stayed just shy of an entire month and loved every day. This place is highly recommended! I will not hesitate to stay again. A big thank you to our hosts!!! :)

quiet and spacious.

This house was a perfect spot for us while visiting family in Vero. The house was lovely, bright and very thoughtfully laid out and furnished. We appreciated the little extras like a basket of snacks, toys and games for the kids and even Christmas decor! Shawn and Manee were very responsive whenever we had a need or question. I would definitely recommend this house and we would love to stay here again!

Michael's place was perfect for my family. We were there for the Jackie Robinson Baseball Experience. While my son was on campus, we were commuting back and forth. The location and the privacy of the house was perfect. A short drive to the grocery and small restaurants. I would highly recommend this location.

We had an excellent stay at Aquatopia South. The home is clean, large yet cozy, beautifully maintained, and in a perfect waterfront location. We loved being right on the water—it made for the most peaceful mornings and fun-filled afternoons. The host went above and beyond by providing tons of water toys, including kayaks and paddleboards, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was so thoughtfully prepared. We’d come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape with everything you could need already on-site.

This house had everything our family needed to enjoy our stay while in town for a family reunion. Beach gear, functional gym in the garage, awesome pool/hot tub, office space, games, etc! We needed a full length mirror and the host had one delivered immediately. The only suggestion I would make would be add a couple more rugs near the slider door and the front door on the inside and a portable hanging closet in the master bedroom for nicer clothes needing to be hung. Again, the host was super responsive anytime we needing anything and the home was great. Thanks again!
