A free parking space in front of the building is available on site. The large balcony and terrace guarantee you unforgettable evenings in a cozy atmosphere with a view of the lake and the mountains. Not suitable for children under 6 years and motorhomes. Pets, smoking in the holiday apartment and parties (noise) after midnight are prohibited. Casa Francesco3r is perfect for couples and families of 2/4 guests. It has 2 bathrooms, a private garage, a fully equipped kitchen, a garden, and a washing machine. We are halfway between Como and Bellagio. Upon arrival, you will be asked for documents for registration. Additional costs are €2.00 per person for the tourist tax, payable in cash only. (Unfortunately, it is not suitable for people with disabilities.) It is forbidden to charge an electric car in the apartment's garage. There are charging stations for electric vehicles near the apartment.
