Cà del Bif overlooks the pier of the village of Nesso; the house dates back to the 1600s and has been our holiday residence for generations. Here we all learned to swim, practiced various water sports, went on many excursions and then met up in the evening all together on the pier to fish. In 1925, Hitchcock filmed The Pleasure Garden here. The apartment is about 50 square meters with a bedroom, bathroom and living room. Cà del Bif is reached by walking along a medieval cobblestone road (200 m from the church)

Brienno is a very quiet and peaceful village, ideal for enjoying the peace and tranquility that only the lake can offer. Oleandra , è una piccola villa con 3 appartamenti , edificata negli anni 70 e ristrutturata completamente nel 2020 ,è stata studiata per offrire (da ogni appartamento) una vista impagabile del lago con uno spazio sul terrazzo fronte lago all' aperto per godersi una colazione o un pranzo in pieno relax. La strategica posizione tra Como e Bellagio rendo facili le escursioni sul lago . In 20 minuti proseguendo con la macchina sulla strada principale si arriva a 1.000 metri di quota .

Both are equipped with TV, wifi, and floor heating. There is a public stone terrace in front of the house. The tourist tax (€2.50 per person) is excluded from the price.

Our accommodation is located in the central part of the village, in a very quiet area with a beautiful view of Lake Como, which can be enjoyed both from the two balconies and from the lawns adjacent to the house, which we make available to our guests to relax, eat meals, or simply to admire the view. The house consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin, a bathroom with tub, kitchen and living room. Ideal for families and nature lovers.

Upon arrival, documents will be requested for registration. Additional costs are 1.50 euros per person, only cash. (Unfortunately, it is not suitable for disabled people) (It is forbidden to charge the electric car in the garage of the apartment without asking for additional costs)
