Cà del Bif overlooks the pier of the village of Nesso; the house dates back to the 1600s and has been our holiday residence for generations. Here we all learned to swim, practiced various water sports, went on many excursions and then met up in the evening all together on the pier to fish. In 1925, Hitchcock filmed The Pleasure Garden here. The apartment is about 50 square meters with a bedroom, bathroom and living room. Cà del Bif is reached by walking along a medieval cobblestone road (200 m from the church)

As part of the facility there is a big garden and communal swimming pool overlooking the lake. There's also a secured parking space within the residence. Located in the heart of Nesso, a 20- minute drive to Bellagio and Como Casa Bella is a perfect spot to explore Lake Como.

The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. La strategica posizione tra Como e Bellagio rendo facili le escursioni sul lago . In 20 minuti proseguendo con la macchina sulla strada principale si arriva a 1.000 metri di quota .
