Cà del Bif overlooks the pier of the village of Nesso; the house dates back to the 1600s and has been our holiday residence for generations. Here we all learned to swim, practiced various water sports, went on many excursions and then met up in the evening all together on the pier to fish. In 1925, Hitchcock filmed The Pleasure Garden here. The apartment is about 50 square meters with a bedroom, bathroom and living room. Cà del Bif is reached by walking along a medieval cobblestone road (200 m from the church)

This wonderful 170m2 property dates back over 500 yrs. Arranged over three floors, its unique style combines the original features with beautifully designed modern bedrooms and bathrooms. Situated on the water front of Lake Como, the top floor opens out onto a spacious roof terrace providing outside dining, areas to relax, and boasts breath taking views of the lake. Laglio offers a number of places to eat & drink, local shops, a children's play park, a small beach and plenty of parking close by.

Casa Bella: The breathtaking views from the living room and master bedroom are just divine. Our apartment was recently refurbished, all appliances are new, ensuring our guests satisfaction and memorable holiday. As part of the facility there is a big garden and communal swimming pool overlooking the lake. There's also a secured parking space within the residence. Located in the heart of Nesso, a 20- minute drive to Bellagio and Como Casa Bella is a perfect spot to explore Lake Como.

Oleandra , è una piccola villa con 3 appartamenti , edificata negli anni 70 e ristrutturata completamente nel 2020 ,è stata studiata per offrire (da ogni appartamento) una vista impagabile del lago con uno spazio sul terrazzo fronte lago all' aperto per godersi una colazione o un pranzo in pieno relax. La strategica posizione tra Como e Bellagio rendo facili le escursioni sul lago . In 20 minuti proseguendo con la macchina sulla strada principale si arriva a 1.000 metri di quota .

This one bedroom house with a loft is located halfway between Como and Bellagio. The apartment has a splendid view of the lake and the mountains. Within walking distance of local amenities including a grocery shop, café and restaurant. An ideal place for hikers and travelers who wish to explore the beauty of Lake Como.

Beautiful lake view, free parking space in the garage and private garden, fully equipped kitchen, laundry in the garage. We are halfway between Como and Bellagio. Upon arrival, documents will be requested for registration. Additional costs are 2.00 euros per person, only cash. (Unfortunately, it is not suitable for disabled people) (It is forbidden to charge the electric car in the garage of the apartment without asking for additional costs)

L'ambiente, arredato con molto gusto, ha una camera da letto matrimoniale con piccolo balcone dove sorseggiare un buon aperitivo. Cucina attrezzata e salotto con divano vista lago. Parcheggio pubblico gratuito vicino a casa. Possibilità parcheggio privato a pagamento ( 10 euro al giorno, 50 euro a settimana ).

The Studio is located right in front of the town of Como, with a 180 degrees view of the lake. Como city center can be reached by car, bike, bus, or even by ferry-boat- as a public ferry-boat transportation service is available. This service -located 50 meters from our property- will take you directly to Como city center in 8 minutes and to the other destinations of the lake. In a medieval village, Nesso, a few steps from the lake, there is this accommodation with a splendid lake view! The house is located in a convenient area due to the presence of free street parking (free and with a parking disc, not guaranteed), food shops, restaurants-pizzerias, pharmacy and ATMs. It is also possible to find nearby bus and boat stops for Como or Bellagio. All services are within walking distance.

E' un'affascinante casa antica, di pietra, medievale, con un piccolo giardino, un terrazzo coperto e due grandi balconi con vista lago! GARAGE privato incluso nel prezzo a 250m. L’appartamento si trova a Nesso a 2 minuti dal CELEBRE Ponte e vicino a una posteria, alcuni bar e ristoranti. Un angolo di Paradiso e per raggiungerlo bisogna scendere 90 gradini dalla strada principale e dalla fermata del bus C130.

Accogliente casetta in legno, appena ristrutturata, con una stupenda vista sulla parte più spettacolare del Lago di Como. Ideale per chi vuole fuggire dai luoghi affollati, in quanto si trova in una zona isolata e con ampia possibilita di effettuare passeggiati nei boschi circostanti e nello stesso tempo, si trova comunque in posizione strategica per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse del lago.
