There are no other buildings or roads nearby so you can only hear the birds singing and find the peace lost in everyday life. Although perfect for us, its tranquility may not suit all.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
