The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating system.The building is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Ghilarza’s historic centre, all amenities are easily reachable on foot. Ghilarza is located in the heart of Sardinia, near the main road that goes from the north to the south of the island, it’s an ideal starting point to discover the region and its traditions.

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Cozy nest with bath, kitchenette and lake view. This room is part of a bigger guesthouse, but has independent access. In certain seasons the sauna and the yoga shala across the street will be open and available with extra costs. The street side access is easy. You probably will want to rent a car to explore the surroundings. The village has a few little shops and the supermarket is 6 km further. Lots of nature, walking routes and interesting places to visit are around.

The spaces are dedicated to the comfortable use of an open living space communicating with a creative space of Sardinian craftsmanship and an architecture studio. The B&B is designed to accommodate people who, if they wish, can learn the art of manual weaving in the adjacent workshop, which is clearly visible from the open space.
