Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Service we are happy to bring you fresh, crispy and wholesome bread rolls from a BIO-bakery from our region.

Beim Betreten begrüßt dich ein angenehmer Duft nach Holz. Du schläfst in einer Koje mit zwei Fenstern, hast eine Essecke für zwei Personen, ein Bad mit Dusche und WC und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Vor der Haustür kannst du auf der kleinen Terrasse vielleicht den Eisvogel hören und entdecken.

Welcome to the heart of Franconian lakes! Our cozy apartment on the 2nd floor offers you the ideal retreat for relaxing days surrounded by nature. Only about 20 km away is the beautiful Brombachsee. The Franconian metropolis of Nuremberg can also be reached by car in about 45 minutes. We are an animal-loving family and shared our home with four-legged friends. We therefore ask for your understanding if a dog hair should get lost despite careful cleaning.

The quiet, bright, 104 m² apartment is located on the outskirts of town in the immediate vicinity of the forest. The property is located on the first floor in a former farmhouse with free parking in front of the house. Garage parking, as well as charging facilities for electric cars are possible on request. Children up to 12 stay free of charge. Pets by request. Due to increased cleaning effort per animal: small €5, large €8 to €10! Payable on site!

The massive garden house is a separate small accommodation [about 19 sqm], close to nature in our garden behind our house, with toilet and sink for up to 3 people; no shower, no kitchen! Kettle, instant coffee and assorted teas are available. Baby travel cots can be delivered on request. We rent two more guest rooms in the house. There is a guest bathroom available. Hilpoltstein is a small town near Lake Rothsee in the Franconian Lake District.

There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed, a large sofa bed and a single bed in the 2nd room. A travel cot for a toddler can be provided. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace that leads to the granny apartment is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian lake country are very close.

We offer a holiday apartment with high variable usability. The living space extends over two levels. Next to the living area, the sleeping level unfolds as a gallery on the upper floor. The bathroom, with a shower or bath area lowered on the foot level, could be referred to as the third living level. The quiet cottage is on the edge of the woods near a residential estate. There are many leisure opportunities because the cottage is located between the "Altmühltal" and the "Fränkischen Seenland" so you can do many different trips. Because of the quiet and peaceful location of our cottage we decided not to install WiFi so our guest can take time out.
