Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Take a natural and minimalist break in the Tiny Anlautertal. In the idyllic Anlautertal, a side valley of the famous Altmühl Valley, you can enjoy the tranquility in the tiny house and outside. Upon entering, a pleasant scent of wood welcomes you. You sleep in a bunk bed with two windows, have a dining area for two people, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside the front door, you can perhaps hear and discover the kingfisher on the small terrace.

Quiet apartment in Freystadt with fully equipped kitchen with induction hob. Furnished balcony. Centrally located yet very close to nature. Good starting point for bike tours. Good parking at the house. 12 kilometers from the A 9 exit Allersberg. To Rothsee 12 Km RMD canal 4.5 Km Good shopping facilities 600 meters away (bakery, butcher, supermarkets). Very nice marketplace with good restaurants 500 meters away.

The quiet cottage is on the edge of the woods near a residential estate. There are many leisure opportunities because the cottage is located between the "Altmühltal" and the "Fränkischen Seenland" so you can do many different trips. Because of the quiet and peaceful location of our cottage we decided not to install WiFi so our guest can take time out.

Waschlhof - "a piece of happiness"

Our romantic gallery apartment is part of our farm, which is in an idyllic secluded location (with a neighboring farm next door) only 1.3 km from the north shore of Lake Großer Brombach (Allmannsdorf). The apartment has a cozy garden with a walnut tree, gazebo and barbecue.
