The house was completely modernized a year ago, and the lower part of the house is permanently rented. Our friendly tenants with children handle the rental, and we also have children ourselves. Our cozy apartments are the ideal base for your activities in Plön and Holstein Switzerland to the Baltic Sea coast. It is located in a quiet house in the center of Plön. From your apartment it is a 2-minute walk to the train station, tourist information, central bus station and pedestrian zone with the historic old town with its Twieten, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, bakeries and various shops, supermarkets for everyday needs, market square and Plön Castle.

In the immediate vicinity are swimming areas, idyllic walking and cycling paths as well as the piers of the 5-lake tour. Bicycles can be safely parked in the basement. Within walking distance are the historic Plön Castle and numerous gastronomic highlights in the city center. Long-term rental from 30 days possible in the period from November to April.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.
