Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Nedešćina

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Unsere Gasgeberin war außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können das Haus für Menschen die zur Ruhe kommen wollen und abseits vom Trubel sein wollen herzlichst weiterempfehlen. Auf der sehr großen Wiese gibt es ein Volleyball/ Federballfeld sowie Fußballtore. Pool Area sehr sauber und schön. Restaurants & alles was man braucht in 20min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Meer in 40min.

Ein wirklich wunderschönes Anwesen, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, in einem herrlichen blühenden Garten, einem gepflegten Pool, einen Steinwurf von einem schönen einsamen Strand entfernt. Die verschiedenen Terrassen ließen keine Wünsche offen, der Außengrill ist fantastisch, die umgebende Natur (wir trafen Rehe, Schafe, eine Schildkröte und Wildschweine) ein Traum. Wir wachten vom Pirolgesang auf und wurden morgens von Schmetterlingen begrüßt. Wandern, Radeln, Schwimmen, Chillen... in die Stadt (und damit zum nächsten Supermarkt) sind es 30 Minuten. Danke, liebe Maja, für das nette Begrüßungsgeschenk - und dass du mir mein vergessenes e-Book hinterherschickst! Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder in dein Paradies.

Die Unterkunft hält was sie verspricht. Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage. In der Altstadt, direkt am Wasser, bietet es alle erdenklichen Annehmlichkeiten und Luxus. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und kommen gerne wieder.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! If your idea of paradise is fabulous views from outside dining, bedrooms and infinity pool, this is the villa for you. So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

Empfang war sehr nett mit einem Willkommensgeschenk. Die Kommunikation mit Miro (Ansprechpartner) war einfach und man bekam schnelle Rückmeldung. Auch bei Problemen sehr hilfsbereit. In Summe ein sehr gelungener Urlaub/Aufenthalt und definitiv zum Empfehlen!

Havde en dejlig ferie i det skønne hus i de fantastiske omgivelser. Huset ligger med ubeskrivelig smuk udsigt. Idyllisk med fugle som kvidrer. Den tilhørende pool er stor, flot og ren. Dette er det flotteste sted vi har boet her i Labin/Rabac. 😍 Håber at komme tilbage til Rominas dejlige sted.

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

Niedliche, kleine Wohnung fußläufig zum Amphitheater und der Innenstadt. Auf dem Balkon, über den Dächern, lässt sich der Abend entspannt genießen. Das Bad ist zwar klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend und verfügt über eine Waschmaschine. Caterina ist sehr freundlich und antwortet schnell mit hilfreichen Tipps. Günstigen Parkplatz gibt es direkt um die nächste Ecke.

Eine wunderschöne, blitzsaubere Wohnung mit atemberaubenden Blick und super freundlichem und flexiblen Gastgeber. Kann ich jedem nur empfehlen. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten, bis ins kleinste Detail. Das Meer war nur ein paar Fußminuten entfernt. Der Blick vom Balkon ist ein Traum. Wir sind begeistert. Jedem zu empfehlen!

Kakov is a superb host (co-host), professional and kind in communication. The apartment is exactly as described on the Airbnb platform. It was perfectly prepared for the new guest: clean and equipped with everything listed in the description. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the beach, in a quiet area, with a magnificent view of Kvarner. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with super-fast internet, which is great in a case you need to handle something work-related. Thank you for everything, and I look forward to staying again on another occasion. Cheers.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Woche in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus mit Pool! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders der private Pool war unser Highlight – täglich schwimmen und entspannen! Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem und das ganze Haus war bei Ankunft blitzsauber. Die beiden Terrassen laden zum Frühstücken und Grillen am Abend ein . Die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch gut erreichbar – ideal für Tagesausflüge in die Umgebung. Der Kontakt mit Laila war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

We had an amazing time in Irenas Happy beach Apartmen! Such a cozy place and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need! The view is stunning and it’s soooo quiet. We just relaxed and in enjoyed the silence. The sea is amazing and the spot directly in front of the house is also awesome for snorkelling! We found all sorts of fish, crabs, starfish, shrimps! In a 10-15 min walk alongside coats you can reach two beach bars, really cozy. In Rijeka you can shop everything. And in addition to all that, Irena is such a welcoming, friendly host! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Irena!

Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Unterkunft von Marino sehr genossen. Vor allem der Pool hat uns gut gefallen. Er befindet sich in ruhiger, nicht einsehbarer Lage und ist sehr gut gepflegt. Auch in der kleinen Wohnung gab es alles, was man benötigt. Marino und seine ganze Familie sind außerdem sehr herzlich und haben uns das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Wir können Marinos Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tom’s and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The apartment is thoughtfully decorated and impeccably clean. From the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable living and sleeping areas, every detail has been taken care of. The little charming city of Cres is just 20min away (by car) and had everything we needed - supermarket, ATMs, great restaurants and cafes and even two real beekeeper’s shops, which we especially loved. The island itself is a true paradise for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. One of the best beaches is just 10 minutes away and with all the singing birds and deers casually walking around the house, we felt like we were in a real wild paradise. Our dog was extremely happy too! And what truly sets this experience apart is the incredibly hospitable mother of Tom, Blazhena. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her warm personality and genuine care for her guests create an unforgettable experience.

Herrlicher Ausblick von der Terrasse, sehr schöne ruhige Badeplätze (mit Auto) schnell erreichbar. Guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung Istriens. Sehr nette Vermieterfamilie nebenan. Gerne wieder

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin war liebevoll, hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Der Check-in war sehr flexibel, obwohl sich unsere Ankunftszeit ständig verändert hat (aufgrund der Nutzung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel, die im Stau standen…) Von der Stadt bis zum Appartement sind es einige Stufen zu laufen. Aber die sind das Appartement, der Garten, der Ausblick und die Gastgeberin wert!

Le plus de ce studio : l'emplacement !!!! proche de tout, supermarché, boulangerie, petit marché, plage...avec un accès avec escaliers. Terrasse très agréable, même si un peu bruyante.

Davorka est extrêmement sympathique et très avenante. Disponible au besoin. nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L'appartement est grand et disposait des services attendus. Je le recommande.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, die Lage ist super. Man kann direkt an den Strand oder in den Pool. Die Sonnenuntergänge am Balkon sind wirklich einmalig.

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.

Hübsche, rustikale Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Highlight ist die Terrasse mit Meerblick und Grill. Das Meer ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und dennoch ist sie Lage der Wohnung ruhig und privat.
